Does it work on 1.20 because I tried to use it on the latest version of mc and it said it was out of date

It should work on 1.20. Are you using CurseForge?

Yep. It doesn’t show up unless I change the version of the game I’m trying to install it to down to like 1.14

You forgot the railroad crossing ladder

This mod doesn’t have the ladder. You can make what resembles a ladder with one of the blocks I’m just not sure which one.
