I was just in your number one Christmas town here, Rovaniemi Finland, in the middle of summer in a heat wave! Didn't get to see the Northern Lights, but we had that 24 hour midnight sun! We had lots of fun!

Lauscha Germany is THE place where it is Christmas all year long. If you have Christmas ornaments,hand made from a glass blower, not pressed, chances are they are from there. The area is the cradle of Christmas ornaments.

Great video! London, England is amazing at Christmas. Two cities together offering fantastic Christmas experiences. The City of London is the home of that great character Scrooge and Westminster boasts superb Christmas lights in Regent Street, Carnaby Street, Seven Dials, Oxford Street, Covent Garden and fab Xmas shopping.

I have already visited some of these cities during Christmas. Really amazing places, but I would like to suggest another city with a fantastic Christmas, certainly one of the best in the world: Gramado, in the south of Brazil.

Lapland, Rovaniemi was a beautiful place. There is beautiful, really clean and magical nature, lots of forests. And of course I visited the Arctic Circle to meet Santa Claus. 😉 It was quiet there in 2021 due to the corona pandemic.
There were Santa's reindeer that I talked to. 😉
If you haven't visited Rovaniemi (Finland) yet, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I will go there again when I have time. ❤

Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta is not a bad place to experience winter this year. It is for casted we will be experiencing a whole chain of snow storms well past New Years making this year one of our snoweyest in decades. Best part is, I am noticing more homes being lighted up earlier this year since more people are staying home and going on walks more

If you ever get the chance to visit Moscow in that period, I simply cannot recommend it enough. I love a good Christmas celebration and I’ve never seen anywhere embrace the spirit on such a grand city wide scale. Try to visit a cathedral for midnight mass on the 6th for awe inspiring choral chanting.
