    this one was a pain in the butt and i m still not happy with the deformations of the delt. please correct mistakes in your head and remember its just a model, an approximation to realty, stay healthy fellow humans

    You should expand your channel and make it a gym channel. I watch these to understand better the gym exercises I do and it's very useful. You should create a fitness channel with these animations shows gym exercises and stuff and you can do some research on the gym and the best ways to exercise etc. And then become a fitness channel. I'm sure you'd gain a lot more subscribers. Love the animations!

    Thanks a lot. Kindly make a video series on exercises and their target muscles. I want to make a best workout plan and avoid injuries. There are so many exercises to target single muscle. It is so overwhelming to decide which one to choose.

      i m Sorry it doesn’t work like that,.. it s a fact that there are a hundreds of ways to train your body,.. risk of injury is always there if you over do it and don’t listen to your body,.. just get a Physio therapist to make a plan for you,.. most of them know there Job. stay healthy and practice safely 💀
