Quit changing things so much if got a bullet proof clutch stay with it ,they say oh 7lbs lighter fuck go to jenny craig loose 50lbs ,rather have a 500 lbs sled n ride shit outta it than have a 485lbs n break down all time .

@BorealEDC The thing is, when they fix one issue, another one pops up. Sometimes it feels like they're doing it on purpose. Like why Polaris still blows spark plugs after all these years, yet it's never been an issue with other brands. And why the 146 TurboR goes through belts but the 154 doesn't? There's so much weird shit that don't make any sense.
Polaris hasn't had notorious plug issues until the 9R and that's a vibration issue. The new NGK's solve that. The 46 eats belts due to gearing and track speed.@@MrArcticPOWER

@@MuskokaFreerider why would i worry lol when I spent 7k on a 2017 cat m8 with 400 miles.... and made money when I sold it with 2k miles ready to ride lol its just a 30,000 dollar sled right. I'm not the one stuck on the hill... so by all mean, keep breaking them. it does make good content but does hinder the season don't ya think? I see a lot of "these shouldn't do this" comments in your videos. Show these manufacturers you're actually trying to prevent things and they'll likely warranty more items in the long run. I'm just trying to help you get more outta your time out despite how much you guys LOVE WORKING ON SLEDS lol my shops always got space for work in your off season so either way I'm a be watching and wrenching along with ya. Can't help but attempt at seeing less downtime, keep shredding and i'd imagine you were dizzy by the end of the bow tie session there!!! You notice how he didn't ask if you had cat problems on the hill?

@@eseholmes4592 there's definitely been cats with these boys lol and i can also assure you they break less. Its a tough thing to swallow. but any real riders know. they all have their strength's and weaknesses. In my opinion as a cat guy whos tried them all and get deep into all makes and models. The ideal sled would have ski doo clutching, cat chassis and agility/power of polaris... you just dont get to have your cake and eat it too. I haven't seen piles of people breaking their new cats... maybe the alpha rail lol but clutch and engine wise. The DOO and POO are number one on failure list. Always have been and always will be. I can lead a horse to water but can not make him drink. These boys push these so hard... they'd be busting cats asses all day too, stay frosty

did you figure out what the clutch noise was? a buddies 2022 did the same thing about 2 weeks ago. made same noise for a bit and then just fixed it self... never found out what the issue was.

I'm wondering why you haven't tried a titanium bolt for your clutches. My son and I both have them and it hasn't moved since the first retorque. I torque it to 80 pounds. Got it from RPM powersports in Omaha Neb. I'm sure I don't ride quite as hard as you, but honestly it the best investment I made for my boost.

Heard good things about Titatinium but The only issue is if it happen to break, you might not be warranty if Polaris decide not to. And I don’t wanna know the cost to replace a crankshaft and primary clutch lol

All good except for blaming the Sled for the Breakage, those Sleds get Big time abused, and there is a upgrade kit available for that Known issue! All of the Brands have something every Year.

@MuskokaFreerider I watch Every one and keep telling you to get the Titanium Upgrade Kit it's a Complete System and would most likely eliminate the problems and Dial in the Clutching, seriously!!!

Going back to a p85 and having to adjust belt tension is the real cure. The P22 being a 2 piece without a secured spider is going to forever try and hammer itself apart.

I'm convinced you guys tow sleds out wrong. Use a shorter strap and no rider on the towed sled. He'll have to double up with someone else. You have less weight and more momentum towing that way
