I wanted to stop watching as soon as he said that, but kept watching until his ultra smug “*I’ve* entertained here once or twice” with that cringy grin. . I used to love Ryan’s videos - i find him to be so phony now.
If you’re American when you go in the bathroom and American when you come out of the bathroom then what are you while you’re in the bathroom? European.
Can you imagine coming home and living in such a beautiful place. You could not keep me from smiling because I could not believe I was lived in such a place.
You may have nightmares about the taxes and homeowners fees ......and then it seems like all the other buildings around you can see inside. It is nice inside but there are better and much cheaper places outside N Y
LOVE IT. The best this place will ever look and be is in this video. Tsunamis of soot and exhaust will inevitably turn the place into something far from virginal white.
Ryan: "I mean...I could jist sit here and have a cup of coffee and all these windows disappear." Me: "while all of your neighbors watch you drink that coffee..."
Yep, and the rich seem to agree. Enes or Erik Conover toured the house a while ago. Still looks like they are trying to find a buyer. I mean, who doesn't love the Miami aesthetic of white, beige and gray?
I thought $12 mill sounded cheap for something like this in Tribeca then I scrolled through the comments and saw that it used to be listed for $28 mill lol
If I did a drinking game every time I’ve seen a video for this property I’d be trashed by now. Ryan is just babbling sh/te. Please admit it’s too expensive lower the price and get this plain uninspired white box off my screen.
might as well built this type of beach house / open facade in rural siberia. its out of place, impractical and build on top of a century building? seriously? does the architect home schooled or something?
What’s out of place or impractical? Building on top of buildings like this has become fairly commonplace. The architect is highly regarded and accomplished. He knew exactly what he was doing.
@@HorizonMelt I was up there last year, one of my all time favourite apartments. But my ideal perfect apartment is either on fifth avenue or Central park West, facing the park. But not too high. Only high enough for you to be just above the trees. Maybe a few metres above the trees, so that you are low enough to feel the nature of the park, but high enough to see across the park. If it has views of like empire state building, then that's a bonus. That's my ideal NYC apartment But I do love the 180 east 88th street one. Thy rooftop alone was worth it and it ended up selling for way below the asking price. So they got a good deal I guess. But, I'd rather live just outside central park
@@mohammedfaiisal I envy that you were able to go into the apartment itself (!), if I understand correctly. My dream apartment in New York would include an Empire State Building view but also Hudson Yards, which I love. As far as height, I wouldn't want to be up in the clouds. I want to live in the city, not the sky. I would like to be several floors up enough to have something of a view but close enough still to hear the sounds of the city and the traffic. That's probably between 10 and 20 floors up? I've seen videos of a great apartment at 277 5th avenue
@@HorizonMelt yeah, my friend has a few properties in new york and the one on fifth avenue, a few floors above but enough to see the whole park, that one was my favourite. Idk if you've seen white collar, Neal Caffrey apartment view was fake, because it's impossible to get that view from riverside drive but that apartment itself was nice and the view was also nice. But I get your point on wanting to only be a few floors up. That Friends and How I met your mother vibes, where you can look down and see the streets clearly and also the people But yeah, I did go into that apartment, I even uploaded a short video on my channel. I loved how there was so much outdoor space in that apartment. 4/5 bedrooms getting a terrace. 3 bedrooms shared terrace and the master bedroom having its own terrace, looking down at the downstairs terrace loggia. I've been to an apartment in Hudson yards too. That's also on my channel
Nice place, but I'm sure is way over price, all the other buildings seem to have a view inside the place, and I'm sure the street below is noisy all the time. Very nice inside ......
I lost it at 3:20 "I mean, I don't really care that much about sinks...". Even he knows what a nonsense this video is. And at 4.40 "...talk about being able to give a speech", I guess this would be the jumping the shark moment for this channel.
I loved the sales pitch. But the product itself is not great. 100% to Ryan. Maybe 60% to the house. Especially because it’s like an office building and not a home. 8-10 million sounds better.
Hello everyone, I've been researching investment brokers, and I'm really interested in working with someone trustworthy and reliable. With the recent market downturn, I'm looking for a broker who can help me turn things around and make a profit. Can anyone tell me about their experiences with any investment advisor
So the architect took a Long Island City penthouse apartment and stuck it on top of a historic Tribeca building. Explains why no one wants to buy this.
Yes, why would anyone pay upwards of 10 million and live right next to an office building which is right next to you and blocks your light and view, good luck selling this monstrosity.
In the era of social media imagine all those windows facing you and random people filming your every move for likes 🤡 ohh and from that height you can see all the 💩and rat infestation in the city..
Started by saying “column less” while standing next to a column. 😂😂😂
This is some BS for sure. Come on Serhant
exact same thought

This did not go unnoticed by any viewer 🤣
Ryan, how on Earth, could this masterful piece of architectural creation not have included a bidet in the bathroom? Inexcusable, in my opinion!
Errybody ain't European 😮
Yes, but everyone has a posterior, that often needs extra help. It's high time we got civilized!@@janusconner3710
If you’re American when you go in the bathroom and American when you come out of the bathroom then what are you while you’re in the bathroom? European.
You can actually install a bidet attachment ---- they go under the toilette seat, and have buttons on the side to control the various streams.
@@janusconner3710What's 'erry body' ? 🤔

First it was priced $28 million then $13 million and now $12 million.
Lol yea i recognize this one 😂
It’s actually a good price at $12 million. For Tribeca.
It was 28 million for 2 penthouses.
😂
What happened
Looks like a high-end ice cream parlor. Monochromatic interiors are happily fading from style.
LOVE IT. The best this place will ever look and be is in this video. Tsunamis of soot and exhaust will inevitably turn the place into something far from virginal white.
Beautifull luxury pent house, like this house
Serhant could sell air to birds! The way he talks. King of adjectives! 😂
Wait didn’t you tour this one before … this is your second video :)
Yes - Price drop!
Shigeru is a highly talented architect. I love everything in that space.❤ if I had money it would be my home for sure💔
So funny, they just put a white two-storey box on top of an old building!
Ryan: "I mean...I could jist sit here and have a cup of coffee and all these windows disappear."

I swear to god the movie Kick Ass was filmed here!!!
How is this still on the market feels likeits been atleast 2-3years. Asking to much?
hasnt that been on the market for ages? even for NY that very overlooked :)
Now we’re talking!
MY EYES!!!! MYYYYY EYYYEESSSSSSS!!!!!
again on the market or still?
That's what I was thinking. Ryan has definitely done a video about this place before. 😂
Definitely still.
Awesome!
I thought $12 mill sounded cheap for something like this in Tribeca then I scrolled through the comments and saw that it used to be listed for $28 mill lol
I cant lie, 12 mil is a steal for that considering the location. i thought it was gonna be in the range of 20-25
Is this a New Apt???.... seems a little dated already.
0:53 Paying that much money so that some office worker on his lunch break can casually watch you taking a dump!? Nope!
How quickly will those white sofas turn black with those walls open? Looks beautiful though

12 million feels cheap for this. i love it
The exterior design is beautiful but The bedrooms are so small! I mean even the master bedroom is like a shoebox omg.
A barely built out closet called a “dressing home” has got to be one of the most asinine things I’ve ever heard in a property video.
Love it
The Great Shigeru got it wrong with the white, I think it's too much for a home
Its like living in an aquarium

So half of this is Ryan talking in the living room
Ryan appears to be high on his own supply.
And you have views over Casey's Neistats office
next to my building lol
The initial music on the background is a little bit disturbing.
This apartment again?
Too white ( the color)
Privacy, where are u?
Check out 180 east 88th street. Best privacy penthouse with your own rooftop in all of new york city

I can't even afford a room in this house, but I think its a fugly frosty cake.
I don't know ,everyone can look inside from around buildings
Love the visuals, well filmed, good pacing, but I personally can't stand these videos where the salesperson wants to be the main attraction.
Love it 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Такое ощущение, что это большой морг, наверное из-за излишнего количества белого цвета
Good interior for a dental climic.

Millions of dollars for a penthouse, and there's no bidet in sight, and the toilet does not have a concealed cistern
To much white and no pot filler above the stove

Literally anyone can watching from the other buildings. Who wants to sit there? I dont understand
Beautiful, however it needs some color. I don’t get the obsession with this sterile white everywhere.
Same! First thing I'd do is brightly colored furniture/pillows
Nice apartment but Serhant was talking a load of nonsense; really got on my nerves.
This will be a hard sell. It has zero home feeling. Like living in Costco. Hard pass of this one.
Asking price is $12m. Judge in the Trump case would put it at $3m
You decide.
Now that he described it the way he did , I don't want it .
Comes with an indoor migrant shelter.

So white............so white😅
Why does the flat look cheap. Just look at the toilet 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nah
no privacy
It looks cool but you have NO privacy at all!I would never buy that.
MEH... too white, too open, too sterile... older Upper East Side apartments have loads of character.
Nice, another uninspired space.
Absolutely boring and uninspiring.
12 million is a joke. 2 million maybe. Look at all the disgusting buildings surrounding ur view.
Zero privacy
