Boerewors is a 60/40% mixture of beef and pork with a 15% fat content. It is spiced with coriander, nutmeg, clove and usual salt/pepper mixture. Not sweet! The meat is coarsely ground. If your review is accurate then Cowmans have got it wrong.

@@markvanos3284 wow! Definitely could not taste those very strong flavours in there. 😕 Also there was very little fat (from any of the sausages actually). That is very good to know. Thanks Mark
