Just an observation, Sly, but may I add that you’re greeting people with the word “marhaba” which means welcome. It’s more appropriate to greet with “salam” which means peace, and even better if you can say “as-salamu alaikum” which means peace unto you. Also it is tradition and well-mannered to use your right hand to accept, give, and eat. Never the left hand. Enjoy your travel
Welcome to Saudi Arabia, my friend. You are in Jeddah, the most vibrant city in Saudi Arabia. Its people are open-minded and cultured with foreigners. It is a beautiful city. I am in Taif, a beautiful mountainous city very close to Jeddah. I would be honored to meet you to take a tour of it.
It is hilarious to listen to Sly explain the type of monarchy Saudi Arabia has. In all the Arabian peninsula ( except Yemen) has an absolute monarchy, meaning, no dam freedom. You can’t complain abt the ruler. In Europe the monarchy is a ceremonial monarchy. No real power m.
You should visit Shibam in south Yemen known as "Manhattan of the Desert," first skyscrapers in history, and Aden which is a city situated on an inactive volcano that originated over 6 million years ago, also u could visit the island of socotra where the first murder on Earth, the story of Cain and Abel. It is said that Cain and Abel were the first to live on the Socotra Island, and the blood when Cain killed his brother, Abel was the reason the Dragon blood tree grew , and that tree only grows in this island also now there’s a lot of tourism there , Yemen is very safe I just came back and people very welcoming , the western media make it look dangerous but it literally safer than any American state
there are three countries that i always said i never wanted to visit and they were china, saudi arabia and north korea. i'm still holding my ground on north korea but your videos have changed my mind on china and saudi arabia.
as silly as it sounds you can actually visit north korea, well you can only visit the capital Pyongyang and you also can't be a American citizen since they're banned from entering and you need to visit with a tourist guide stay with them at all times only take pictures when authorized don't leave the hotel after the daily tour is finished can't wonder off or talk to citizens doesn't sound really worth it tbh.....
I believe your "Saudi Cornbread" is actually called "basbousa". Basbousa is a sweet, syrup-soaked semolina cake that is typically associated with Egyptian cuisine.
You could not possibly be unaware of Medina if you’ve ever heard of Mecca. The history of Saudia could never be told without mention of the importance of those two places. Medina is where our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW is laid to rest at the great mosque of Al Masjid an-Nabawi built in 1403. As a non-Muslim, you can visit Medina but not enter the masjid, and you cannot enter Makkah. Those sticks you’re looking at and thinking are incense are actually natural toothbrushes called sewak or misewak. Completely unrelated to kat (ghat). Enjoy Jeddah
Dude looked just like Sly with a beard
Sly! Medina is the 2nd holiest Islamic city. It it where Prophet Muhammad’s Mosque is at and it where he is buried.

They're trying to become a tourist destination. They only ask you to stop filing if you're near military or security infrastructure.
