The Bay Floor has traditionally been a place in the firehouse where firefighters hang out, talk shop, train and learn from each other. I have learned over my career that there is tremendous value in getting outside of your own box, asking questions and hearing from others on their challenges and how they do things.
That’s why we’ve been hard at work building online training community, away from the noise and nonsense of traditional social media. Where the culture, purpose and community of a real bay floor is brought to life in an online community of like-minded firefighters.
This is place where you can connect with REAL firefighters who share their REAL names and their real experiences.
The Bay Floor is both an online community, and a training platform filled with a continually growing library of resources, training materials, discussions, live podcasts and webinars, helping us to continually evolve and grow to be the best firefighters possible for ourselves, each other, and the civilians that depend on us.
