    Wade will be my guest tonight. Wade writes “The childhood experiences with my 5 sisters and 1 brother all older have being horrifying to all of us when we lived in Rainier Oregon. Dad was a pipe fitter and worked on a new nuke plant there. Mom was a stepford wife so to speak. Not long after we moved there odd things happened..no one could explain..starting with the 3 other houses that no one came out at night.
    Animals disappeared and or twisted and put in trees. Lots of foot prints. The lumberjacks dad hired kept leaving. The well drillers pulled off twice. And then it got way worse. Bangs on the house, broken windows. We think there were 5 for sure….they all looked different and had NO fear of us. This was over a 3 year span. It had a life long no BS effect on the family. I talked to my older family about Rainer and it was way worse than could 10 year old to grasp. I went back there 2 years ago. It continues to this that day. It’s hard to piece together so so many things over the years. There were a hell of a lot of stuff people knew back then. And we were warned by the very old couple dad bought the land from.”

    when I was little - preschool age - we lived way up in the hills above Rainier Oregon. My dad was recovering from a back injury and he spent a lot of time hunting and fishing and we would go camping a lot. We suddenly packed up and moved to St. Helens and then Scappoose. My dad never went fishing or hunting again. I grew up seeing a big collection of fishing poles in the garage, but dad never touched them or his hunting rifles again. He switched his interest to arrowhead hunting and we went out arrowhead hunting and camping in the deserts of eastern Oregon. He also got a boat and we would pull up on the shores of the Columbia to look for arrowheads - but we never set foot into the forests. I remember watching the Patty film with him and he briefly told me about an experience he had being followed when he was exploring a cave system on Mt. Rainier, but being a teenager I didn't really pay much attention and never asked him anything further. I am 67 now and after having a brief sighting here in Wyoming, I wish I would have asked him what happened when we lived in Rainier but, of course, it is far too late now. Back then, you would be considered crazy or an idiot if you told people that you saw a sasquatch.

How tall were they? Were they the same ones for the many years they were there? Wish you'd do a separate thing on him and get more details about them. Like skin color ,hair color. Just so much to gleam from this guy.

    A little disturbing how quick we are to pretend we're the victims aren't we? This guy's family moved to *their* home and started cutting down their environment, but because they made his family afraid, the sasquatch are the monsters. Imagine if they moved into your home and started disassembling it, then started trying to kill you because you were threatening their livelihood. Typical human hubris. Instead they threaten, scare, rip heads off people, even women, out for a hike or camping, or for living in or near woods. You should go live with them since there such nice righteous creatures and you can throw rocks at innocent people, and kidnapp kids, cause it's your sasquatch land

      Look deeper.
      Or at least listen.
      Everyone was benefitting from the timber.
      He explained that that is why everyone was helping in one way or another.
      Secondly, if this was the 80s, and in Oregon, then it was well known that it is against the law to kill a Sasquatch in the State of Oregon.
      Punishable by a $10,000 fine, or five years in prison, or both.
      Oregon and I believe Washington State has laws on the books against killing a Sasquatch.
      Put it this way: people were different.
      Calling reporters and yelling Sasquatch isn't going to pay the bills.
      So, we're looking at it like these trees are growing everywhere and we can make some money harvesting them.
      But these creatures are harassing us and stopping us from feeding our families.
      This is the thought of the entire region at the time.
      Call reporters and tell them that Bigfoot is here and hope that someone won't laugh in their faces, or get rid of the problem!?

      What happened?

    • @1TakoyakiStore
      @1TakoyakiStore Год назад +7

      @@darrickmalloy6909 This takes place in the 1960's central Florida. It was my father's friend and his family (him, mother, and father) from what I remember. According to my father's friend their pet dog died so the father buried it in the back yard. He was afraid animals would dig it up so he moved a stack of logs on top of it. A few nights later the family wakes up to great crashes coming from their barn by the house. They turn on the lights and see something big and black run off. Whatever it was had started to take the logs off the log pile and had tossed some of the logs onto the barn roof.
      The following night it happened again, but this time the father was ready with a shotgun (might have been a large caliber rifle as my memory isn't clear on this part) and he opened the door with gun poised. One of the other family members turned on the lights when he got really close to the creature. As soon as that happened the creature stood up, turned around, and was about to run off when the father shot it in the back at least once if not more. He knew he'd hit it because the creature fell over. It fell into a shadow that was cast by the house lights on the barn. The father didn't hear it run off so he assumed he had killed it. He walked over to where it should have been and the ground had been compressed but it wasn't there. It was just gone. The father then proceeded to do a perimeter check of the house and barn. Again nothing.
      The family's attention then moved to their pet's grave. All the logs had been thrown off, the ground dug up, and some of the dogs remains had been in the process of being pulled out of the ground. Other than the hole in the ground there wasn't any blood as one might expect from a gunshot wound. There also wasn't any hair or physical evidence of what had happened other than the logs, dog, and hole.

    Yo Chronicles, Absolutely fascinating interview in as much that I thought that the two man, government team 'responders' for lack of ANY other description, was a more recent phenomena. As in roughly the past 20 years or so. Unless I didn't quite clearly understand it, (it sounds like this occurred back in the 70's or 80's yes?). The newer version of these 'Agents' are that one looks like a Biker type, full beard, leather vest, using real rough language and the other nearly identical to a classic 'Man In Black' right down to skinny tie. Whenever there is an aggressive meeting between humans and Sasquatch occur, a DNR type Ranger catch's the initial report/response and then those guy's show up and IF you do not cooperate with whatever is on their agenda all kind of wildness ensues such as frozen bank accounts pulled Drivers License etc until one complies. This is the earliest I had ever heard of these types of reactions in these instances. Thanks for posting, ~Mark~

Also I remember Les Stroud having experiences with Sasquatch like things out while filming “survivorman” but it would of been too “ weird “ for regular tv.

    Eyesight seem black though it's because they are set back into skull, sockets are set in under large brows from my sighting. No neck due to shoulders being so dam big, muscular and width at least the width of sheet plywood 4' minimum, probably wider w a skinny waist line, arms long w hands to frickin knees. Can sit crossed legged wo using hands to get down or up. How they get the power to jump so far is really bizarre. I can understand the strength from the size of them, but to be able to run jump so far/fast up mountain sides, look cartoonish almost gliding.. Frightening to experience, I thought I was afraid of nothing, badass dude, lol. Then pissed my pants when encounter was happening. We are Nothing compared to them.. their 6th sense is no match to ours. Mine happened thinking they Didn't know I was in tree stand watching, until I looked through scope on my rifle, which was a 7mm Bolt action and when I finally looked as they started walking away, the male & largest of the clan, turned and stared into my soul, like go ahead and you will die today..

      Man that is beyond scary. I keep listening to all these encounters and can’t help asking myself if they scare you repeatedly than why don’t they seem to harm anyone directly. Like in this story the guy’s dad shoots one of them and they just keep stalking them at night. Maybe they are just protecting the forest and have some kind of code which they hold on to not and not actually killing people but more like scaring the shit out of them until they are left alone.

I saw a perfect video of a silverback sitting legs stretch out he then put his feet flat down on the grass and stood straight up. The freakiest thing i ever seen. Cant imagine seeing a sasquatch doing that. Do you think they started walking away because they knew you were there?

    As someone who worked in law enforcement, and interviewed hundreds of people..this smells like total bs. I am a " believer ", and have been having my own Sasquatch experiences, but this one just doesn't make much sense. I like when someone uses words like " bum rushed ", pretending to be trying to remember these words, while already knowing them...and then using it a second later, happy to have convinced the interviewer to see how " hard " he was trying to remember said words..

      Agreed. Total BS. He's got lots of stories but I'm 30 mins in and he hasn't described the creature's appearance at all. He's also putting the experience on his dad, not what he, himself saw. The energy, emotions and feelings are all flat in the recounting. You can always get a good idea of who is BS'ing as they'll talk all day about everything else related to the encounter but only briefly cover the actual encounter.

    • @slicktwilly
      @slicktwilly Год назад +9

      Just because you worked in law enforcement doesn't give you a platform to stand on, and call b.s on somebody else's experience/encounter. People have different lingo depending on where they're from, so your point is very subjective. So your encounter was legitimate because you worked in "law enforcement"? Pardon me, but law enforcement officials are not experts in human psychology, and quite frankly from my experience as a clinical social worker you could be projecting onto this guy with what you actually do. Therefore I call b.s on this comment.

Assuming this was a family of them... the why didn't the big one just tear these CA people to shreds ? The fact that they didn't seems to imply that they are just more than just the animal this guy describes, in the sense that maybe they recognized humans as being something that shouldn't be harmed. I don't know. Either way I think this guy and his family are pretty darn lucky - brave - but damn lucky....
