if you put carpet over powderd snow you dont sink but still dont take fall damage
By the time you get all the gunpowder for tnt you could have just strip mined and got the ancient debries at lvl 12 i got 54 ancient debries in an hour well before you got one ancient debries you were already there in the beginning you said you wanted to do everything very fast

Did ya know netherite armor is not much of an upgrade? You on gain durability and knockback resistance nothing else fully enchanted diamond armor is actually pretty good and all players really need netherite for the tools like pickaxe for the more durability
How much ram does your laptop have? That’s seems like the issue and if it’s upgradeable then 32 gigs would help
