My second baby was born June 12th. Went from 2cm dilated to getting the urge to push within about 30 mins. My husband and I advocated for me to push in squatting position and used your breathing techniques. Baby was out in just a few pushes and no tears/no epidural! Thank you :) safe to say I had a quick and easy labour!
@@candyxoxo28 contractions were manageable using her breathing techniques and focusing on a still object. Pain was unbearable by the time I felt the urge to push, but that’s because she was on her way.
I needed this! Thank you. When I was in labor with baby #1 I had no breathing control at all. I literally freaked out as soon as I felt contractions, which ultimately led to me to giving up on myself and getting the epidural. This time around with baby #2 I’m going to take charge of my contractions 💪🏾 . Thank you! ❤
Beautiful baby girl born June 11th at 4:43am… thank you Chanel, I’m a first time mom, & the entire 22 hours of my labor journey I was using all your breathing techniques. It helped me dilate up to 6cm 😮 (without Epideral) after that I couldn’t take the contraction pains anymore. But let me tell you I used all your breathing techniques until the end. So thank you because this video helped me pace my contractions & maintain the pains. My favorite breathing techniques were the humming & buzzing. Keep up the amazing werk!
Due on May 12th with our first baby and I’m trying to soak up any last minute advice from you!! Still no signs of labour over here 😅 Thank you Chanel! You’re a real gem 🥹
@@s.sflowerit went sooo well! Had my son at 40 weeks + 6 days via spontaneous labour. Minor tear that required stitching. I was going to be scheduled for an induction if it went past 10 days - so glad it didn’t! I enjoyed my labour, I had no fear and breathing during the first few hours of early labour really set me to be able to ride each wave of contractions. Some were definitely more painful than others but overall, I felt like my body was able to cope. Labour progressed quickly because my baby was already in a position 1 station the entire day (and for a couple of weeks prior to labour). Also, do anything you can to distract yourself from the pain. My husband and I played music and that got me dancing and singing. Walk around the room, do some lunges, if you can. Gotta believe in yourself, you are strong and you can safely deliver your baby!
Your videos have reassured me that everything will go smoothly. Thank you! practicing the breath technique with mooing surprised me im like omg I really can feel my breath doing downward!! lol I/m having my first child in a few weeks, unmedicated and your videos are so helpful
Congrats on the baby on the way 🫶🏽 !! Hopefully you’re still available when me n my fiancé get pregnant we love your videos 😇 you’re a blessing and made me want to do natural birth whenever the time comes
I've had such a hard time with this pregnancy. From trying to birth at a birthing center with insurance approval to birthing center on yhe verge of closing down so last minute hiring a midwife (whom is super new to the field) 😅 i am thankful for ALL your You Tube vids! Thank you & congratulations on baby 🎉✨️💐

I'm 40 weeks this week, lost my mucus plug weeks ago. 6th baby after 11 year break 😢 I get alot of Braxton Hicks and sometimes I wake up to contractions...but nothing. (Been weeks like this) I feel like 😭😭😭😭
During my first labor I naturally “sang” low hum through my contractions. I thought it was so funny but it’s just what my body decided it wanted to do. So cool the body does that sort of thing.
