Kang HyungHo is NOT a countertenor in the classical sense. He is a rock singer with an extremely well-trained angelic head voice. A music freak who loves music of various genres (this applies to ALL FORESTELLA members), and has largely taught himself the special techniques, including the classic ones. His passion is rock/metal, but like FORESTELLA he can adapt perfectly to any genre, and that's what makes him solo as PITTA and FORESTELLA as a group so unique. These guys can't be pigeonholed. They are not just very good singers, they are brilliant artists with outstanding musical sensitivity and masters of their craft.
If I had to describe him in one word, it would be ‘mad genius.’ The fact that he is the frontman of the pitta band, with not only outstanding vocal ability but also tremendous musical talent (writing, composing, arranging, producing, and vocal directing) proves his genius. Besides, he has a good personality. Although he appears calm, he is very cheerful, humorous, and full of sense. He is also very sensitive and emotional, but also has a very cool-headed and rational side. Moreover, he is humble and honest. So how could I not love him!! When I see him running around on stage playing his guitar, I am completely mesmerized. The perfection of his concerts is amazing. I was really happy when he held a concert at a concert hall that only the top class in Korea can perform. I hope he will be loved by more people around the world and move forward into a wider world.
