Chantecaille, i missed that previous collection, of which, this seems to be a repeat, it's landing here, i purchased already a few things, lovely and most stunning packaging! The Suqqu 129 and 130 quads just arrived from Liberty, could not use yet, but they swatch like a dream, lots of glam but than refined! Suqqu is my no. 1 eyeshadow anyway. That Guerlain holiday quad, maybe, i just refuse to pay full price for EU stuff, i look around maybe today or tomorrow what they ask for it here, i already have bought an eyeshadow quad with emerald green in it, from Chanel, so maybe, maybe not. The TF luminer in that cute pink colour: if it was available on my continent or possible to order from the USA (it's not): yessss!!! On the wishlist!!! I love that we have a longer video with this this weekend and Fall is my favorite time of the year. Yes, as someone who still loves Chanel shadow as my top five when I touch the holiday release I shamefully grab 2x right away. I mean for almost the price of one Chantecaille single, I knew I can easily go through this palette and would be sad to be without it.
The chantecaille eye shade and glow powder absolutely blew me away. I can’t describe it but it is just next level smooth and beautiful. So simple and just stunning!!! I also love the Chanel eyeshadow palette. Thanks for all of your advice!

I was thinking how much I like your eye look as well, and was delighted to learn that you used the Chanel holiday eyeshadow palette because I just received mine. I’m also planning on ordering one of the holiday lipsticks. I’m debating between Beige Brut and Roaring Purple,maybe both. I also ordered the Tom Ford Soleil d’Hiver and the Soleil highlighter in Rose Irise. Not sure what else I’ll pick up, but I seriously wouldn’t mind picking up some lip oil. Not sure whether it’ll be from Tom Ford and Dior.
Hi Jen, You look stunning!🙂 I’ve skipped many holiday collection for various reasons: Cle de peau, Suqqu, D&G - not available in Australia Guerlain, Tom Ford- I didn’t like them Dior- except the Dior Forever Concealer I didn’t buy anything due to bad formula Chanel - I have Parure Cristal and I like. The holiday palette is very similar with Dior Cosmic Eyes and after I saw the Chanel quint I realised that I like a lot more Dior Cosmic Eyes from last year (I bought 2 palettes 😁) and it doesn’t make sense to have this one. The highlighters are too glittery for me and I didn’t like the blushes (fall collection). So i just bought one nail polish from this Chanel holiday collection. Chantecaille- the holiday collection is not available yet in Australia Hermes - I bought 2 eyeshadow quads (03 and 06) and I’ll buy 01 and 03 next year because in my opinion they are gorgeous and I love them.😍. Also the new mascara and the eyelash curler are on my shopping list. My SA told me that Hermes will release an eye primer very soon and I can’t wait to see it. Thanks for sharing!😊
My daughter is 23 and she LOVES the packaging of chantecaille TOO!! I LOVE it TOO, so I think SO MANY AGES will like it too !!! The POWDER is just FANTASTIC!! So excited that it is a little bit cool .. YOU are my FAVORITE … thanks so so much !!

I agree with you about most of these collections. The Cle de Peau lipsticks- I have no idea who these colors are for. I can wear most colors, love pink and these were meh..disappointing. Overall, I’m really disappointed in Chanel for holiday and the formula of the highlighters are unacceptable for a luxury product. But as long as people buy it, they’ll keep selling subpar formulas. Love all the Dior and I bought it all. I also loved Chantecaille this year - it’s beautiful! I bought all the Suqqu (EVERYTHING!) and I love it all. Those small cream shadows are incredible!!! I wear them as one and done every day. It may not be on your radar, but I absolutely love the Lancôme Holiday palette. I saw chicprofile raving about it on insta, so I had to get it and I’m so glad I did. The packaging is just cardboard, however, the color story is very wearable, formula is great and I find myself wearing way more than I thought I would and it’s great to travel with.

The CS was very nice and I am waiting for a refund. I am going to try and use alcohol and see if I can use it. The packaging is beautiful.

Hi Jenn- I picked up the ND I need a nude palette yesterday at the Sephora sale along with some other staples that I needed- I have to say the neutrals in this palette are stunning- and not like anything else in my collection. So happy with this purchase ❤ happy Halloween 🎃 so happy your migraines are subsiding!
It's a beautiful palette and one I bought as soon as it was released at Sephora in Australia. It sold out within days and hasn't come back since. Xenon was dropped a few days before the Sales, but I used my Beauty Pass Points to get 10% off. Just as well, as that didn't last any longer and is also out of stock. I ended up with another four of Natasha's Midi-Palettes that I've been wanting and thought it was silly to keep waiting for a huge reduction somewhere along the line, so bought them now. I'm having terrible trouble with my will-power! Keep enjoying your palette, it truly is gorgeous. I only wish my migraines would subside. I don't know what Jen does, but I wish she'd tell us.💖
@@Loralarify I inherited mine from my father's side of the family. They started at just 14yrs of age, yet worsened when I injured my back & neck when only eighteen. I've been living with severe chronic spinal pain since and for me, migraines can go on for a few months. They're the worst during warmer weather. I have the Classic Migraine, which affects my sight and sound initially. Instead of chocolate bringing on migraines as many state, I crave chocolate when a migraine is coming on. I wish you the best in conquering them and dearly hope you grow out of them as my father did.💖
@@krisushi1 mine sometimes can come on from real rainy weather and also stress - I have an adult son with autism, mental illness and developmental disabilities and it never gets any easier.
@@Loralarify The rainy weather is a new one on me, but it could be to do with the pollen that are kicked up just like hayfever(?). Stress is a big one for me too. My heart goes out to you for taking on such stress when knowing you can easily end up with a migraine. It must be a constant battle for you. Many of us migraine sufferers tend to have a trigger of some sort in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your son.💖

I love Suqqu! Got my first eye quad in the spring (the green one from the sunflower collection) and I was hooked. The two quads from the winter collection, 129 and 130 are beautiful. Very sparkly, but as with everything I’ve gotten from Suqqu so far (6 quads, 5 blushes), they are day or night appropriate and wearable. 129 and 130 aren’t impactful as far as pigmentation goes, but their refined sparkle certainly makes their presence known.
@@cat_mom13 I have swathed them in person . The 130 and it is so beautiful and a unique story. I would use any of your matt shades from another pallet. Or you can even create a loon using just this pallet alone. The darker shade in the pallet has lot less sheen. I know another youruber Alicia created a look using just that pallet and Lexi as well. I try to do my research before buying :)
@@sarahm3240 same. Research helps! :) I didn't find the need to add in mattes from other palettes (except for base shadow). The brown shadow added enough depth to the transition, crease, and outer corners on it's own.

I've now purchased all of the Christmas Collections I wanted except for Givenchy who always seem to lag behind and hasn't arrived. I do like to keep Christmas Releases to spoil myself on the day, but they've all dropped so early that there isn't any point keeping them from the beginning of October until Christmas Day. I did leave my Backstage Collection in its beautiful box and will keep that for later, plus some fragrance and fragrance products. I bought the Dior Candle Set with the Lid, Base, Snuffer & Eden Roc Candle, but it seemed silly to keep that packaged up until Christmas. All my orders of the five Prada Eye Palettes, (except for one that was sold out), the four Rabanne Quads, seven Duo Eye Palettes & the three metallic matte Lipsticks, the new Byredo Quint and finally the Isamaya Industrial Palette 2.0 have all arrived from Selfridges. The By Terry Eye Palette will be here soon and so will my Chanel order. Christmas Collections are simply coming out so early that theres no point in keeping them for Christmas except if a gift for another. Was not happy that Burberry didn't release anything from their make-up range. If Isamaya Ffrench can't fulfill her commitment due to her current workload, then maybe Burberry should be looking elsewhere for a new Creative Director. I was most disappointed when they told me that nothing was being released, especially after the lovely little collections from the last few years. Our Sephora Sale has ended and I've got five Natasha Denona Midi-Palettes on the way! Xenon, which I thought the reaction would be quite divided, actually sold out within days of release and is still out of stock, just like the I Need A Nude Palette that did the same. I'm addicted to those Cle de Peau Luminizers. And I think I'll love the eye palettes. But I want to get them on sale. I love that Chanel eye quint. But I can dupe it with a bunch of things I have already. I love Fancy Prune. I'd try the Roaring Purple. But $58? I just couldn't. On principle. For Dior, I ordered the Backstage Silver palette. It has more versatility than Nightwalk and the formula got great reviews. And I got the holiday Lip Glow in Cinnamon Shimmer. Guerlain #81 is sold out on the website, but I grabbed one last night at Selfridges. I can't wait to get to the D&G store at Tysons. Next week when I do returns at Neiman's! I bought the TF rose highlight and the holiday packaging of the meteorites today today once I finally got onto the Sephora site . It was so annoying trying to get on the Sephora site the past day it was a waiting list to get on then they would kick u off. I was so annoyed u spend all this money to become rouge then during the sale u can't get on to get what u want, I have never seen the site do this you would think we wernt in a resection or something. People's carts were even being wiped it was crazy.

@@sarahm3240 same. Research helps! :) I didn't find the need to add in mattes from other palettes (except for base shadow). The brown shadow added enough depth to the transition, crease, and outer corners on it's own.

The rest we can fix up later. Just let me know if you're interested, as I was also. Chanel finally arrived here and I've ordered the Eye Palette, Highlighter & Lip Lacquer in Inflexible (60). I've now purchased all of the Christmas Collections I wanted except for Givenchy who always seem to lag behind and hasn't arrived. I do like to keep Christmas Releases to spoil myself on the day, but they've all dropped so early that there isn't any point keeping them from the beginning of October until Christmas Day. I did leave my Backstage Collection in its beautiful box and will keep that for later, plus some fragrance and fragrance products. I bought the Dior Candle Set with the Lid, Base, Snuffer & Eden Roc Candle, but it seemed silly to keep that packaged up until Christmas. All my orders of the five Prada Eye Palettes, (except for one that was sold out), the four Rabanne Quads, seven Duo Eye Palettes & the three metallic matte Lipsticks, the new Byredo Quint and finally the Isamaya Industrial Palette 2.0 have all arrived from Selfridges. The By Terry Eye Palette will be here soon and so will my Chanel order. Christmas Collections are simply coming out so early that theres no point in keeping them for Christmas except if a gift for another. Was not happy that Burberry didn't release anything from their make-up range. If Isamaya Ffrench can't fulfill her commitment due to her current workload, then maybe Burberry should be looking elsewhere for a new Creative Director. I was most disappointed when they told me that nothing was being released, especially after the lovely little collections from the last few years. Our Sephora Sale has ended and I've got five Natasha Denona Midi-Palettes on the way! Xenon, which I thought the reaction would be quite divided, actually sold out within days of release and is still out of stock, just like the I Need A Nude Palette that did the same. So, one more - Givenchy, and I'm done for Holiday Collections for another year. It's the upcoming Sales we have to contend with now.🤦🏼♀️Is it just me or didn't we get a break of any kind this year? I'm addicted to those Cle de Peau Luminizers. And I think I'll love the eye palettes. But I want to get them on sale. I love that Chanel eye quint. But I can dupe it with a bunch of things I have already. I love Fancy Prune. I'd try the Roaring Purple. But $58? I just couldn't. On principle. For Dior, I ordered the Backstage Silver palette. It has more versatility than Nightwalk and the formula got great reviews. And I got the holiday Lip Glow in Cinnamon Shimmer. Guerlain #81 is sold out on the website, but I grabbed one last night at Selfridges. I can't wait to get to the D&G store at Tysons. Next week when I do returns at Neiman's! I just love it) then Chanel eyeshadow and duo highlighter, coral oversized powder, Hermes eyeshadow No6( but since you said that it will be on sale somewhere, i will wait and see for that) i still going to get Chanel oversized in warm gold, but i dont think i need to rush. Usually those oversized ones, av long before, the year is over. And that shade is not popular, so i will get January or even later , cause its for summer looks. Ok so that was it, until, your video come 😂 i was able to district myself, last week, from purchasing D&G powder at Harrods, i was like , this powder needs to get in line😳🤪🤣, but when you said the av on D&G website, i stopped the video and purchssed😂😂😂 One thing i have to say, that their website its really bad, it took forever to load, and so slow…. But yep, i am done on makeup. I am not buying anything else. I bought the TF rose highlight and the holiday packaging of the meteorites today today once I finally got onto the Sephora site . It was so annoying trying to get on the Sephora site the past day it was a waiting list to get on then they would kick u off. I was so annoyed u spend all this money to become rouge then during the sale u can't get on to get what u want, I have never seen the site do this you would think we wernt in a resection or something. People's carts were even being wiped it was crazy.
