I guess this is why the original creator of Brutal Mario didn't intend on making Luigi the final boss. From what I've heard, the intention for a final battle, if said final battle was ever to be made, was for you to play as Luigi instead of Mario. Mario is meant to be the villain of Brutal Mario, while King Luigi intends on ending his evildoing. This is definitely not the approach that the original creator would have wanted.
This boss fight is kinda sad not only is Luigi possessed but he's also trying to kill his brother and taking all his rage out on him it really shows you that some people are tired of being player 2 like how Luigi is because he can't stop this situation that he's in. I'm guessing that these levels and boss weren't created by Carol himself, but by someone else who wanted to finish the hack. Because the look and design of the levels and boss, seems very untypical for Super Kitiku Mario.
They were from another Hackroom, some guy wanted to add them as a say to finish Kitiku Mario since it clearly wont't be finished, but those extra levels aren't clearly a deserved finish for something as big and convoluted as Kitiku Mario.

Oh help me, the so-called final demo of Brutal Mario :( This, in fact, is from a hack called SMWYeah!!! I compiled it together with Brutal Mario demos to give Brutal Mario a fitting final world. The Luigi World was never complete so I just used stuff from this hack to make it feel like it was. The shaaaame!
When I was handed this demo for the first time, it was very obvious that the Luigi World was not by Carol's hand. It's very hard to keep with tension and intensity **after** the 7 Koopalings Boss.
why not redeem yourself by making the real luigi world yourself? i hate this version with a passion, because i just rediscovered this hack, and just went through the pain of discovering my beauty and the beast vhs had the climax and ending of shrek 2 taped over the real ones. maybe we can get the real “real” ending to the journey someday, rather than a “‘’real’ ending’”

De hecho si iba a estar este mundo en el juego terminado, y hubiera sido el mundo 9,(no se si venciendo a los 7 koopas iba a ser la entrada o venciendo a bowser), lástima que el creador original lo dejo en completo abandono este hack.
Yo moría por ver el final original, donde de repente Luigi dejaba de ser el villano y resultaba que el villano y enemigo final era el propio Mario y la batalla final se libraba en dos partes dónde uno como Luigi debía vencer a Mario.
