You're 100% correct about the last clip. If a man finds out his wife or long-time GF has cheated, even if they have children, he has to go. He has to let his children, especially the young men he's raising, know that there is NO WAY you tuck tail and accept that behavior. I went through it in '95 and my boys have always thanked me for setting an example for them that they feel set a mental boundary neither of them has ever let a woman cross.

Went to a wild party once, blacked out, but I remember two girls started twerking on me, I ducked out immediately and went to the backyard and everyone was shocked and thought it was hilarious. They approached me later and asked why I didn't like them and I explained that I don't dislike them but I already have a lady I'm committed to. That's when I realized I can trust my instincts because if I'm loyal to my gf who lives 700 miles away while blacked out then it can only be me consciously getting in my own way if I ever fail. They respected it and apologized for crossing a boundary, but I didn't hold it against them because I know loyalty is rare so they just weren't expecting it.

My wife and I did a pre marriage course as is required in our country. We matched up on the questionnaire by 94%. We were quizzed after together on the answer to the question of infidelity, we both answered that if there was any infidelity it was over. The councellor tried to point out that things could be worked out and I stopped her in her tracks and said as much as I loved my future wife that if anything like that happened it was 100% over.
If you do get a woman that meets your needs, don't ever give a hint of weakness around that stuff because there are women in her circle that are just out to test other people's relationships.

One piece of advice given by divorce lawyers to men in the US is NEVER EVER move out. Once you move out, that can be viewed/argued as being abandonment and so you've already lost. You'll lose the kids, house, etc. Stay in the same house and live in it like you always did. Certainly start the divorce but stay in the house, keep paying the bills, do things with the kids, etc. Film/record everything because if she gets belligerent, she can call the cops and have you arrested by claiming you're abusive unless you bring receipts. But never, ever move out.

Further it sounds like she said after a night out. He's sitting there in sweats so were they not out together? Was he sending her to the club without him, was he hoping for her to fulfill her needs outside of the relationship? If they were out together then I am assuming he would not be on the computer, and she wouldnt have to ask. It's all very sketchy and unhealthy. That relationship will probably fail.
Relationships take work and both parties need to be considered. When you want sex do you care what your woman is currently doing at that moment? Or are you going to be like oh she's working, washing the dishes, reading a book - whatever - let me wait until she is done? Is that what you do - I mean if it is - then I guess for you it is what it is, it's not like that for most people.
If you want to teach your woman to not desire you - then that's certainly your right. You want to absolve yourself of any kind of responsibility by saying if she cheats - she's for the streets, but good women who are being taken care of don't cheat. If your woman cheats on you it's because you are lacking. IF a man cheats - it's because he's a man and men are innately programed to want whatever sex that is available to them. A man is only as loyal as his options, checked only by strongly held moral beliefs or deep understanding of the consequence for his particular situation.
Women are not innately programmed this way. Though women can certainly be socialized into destructive programming. But you choose the woman. So at the end of the day you have the responsibility.
Take some accountability, and fulfill your responsibilities. Be a man.

I personally couldn't stay with someone who cheated on me. I already have issues with my confidence in relationships, always having thoughts that I would never find someone that loves me, so if I actually got into a relationship with someone I truly believed loved me and then learned that they cheated on me, I would be devastated and I would never feel like I could trust them ever again. Plus he does bring up a good point about being a role model for your kids. I grew up with divorced parents that did a great job with visitation, so I believe I can do a good job supporting my kids as a divorced parent like my father did, but I would never stay with someone I couldn't ever trust again just for my kids.

For me it's less about confidence issues and more about the absolute and utter betrayal that cheating on your partner is.
It is an immediate and irrevocable breach of any and all interpersonal trust to me.
The excuse that "it was a mistake" is such horseshit to me, because it's not like you didn't make a choice.
Even if somehow inebriated, it's a shit excuse, because you don't just bump into someone and immediately get to it, there's always going to be ample time, even if for arguments' sake despite it being unrealistic af it's just a single minute of time, it's enough time to run it through your head and make the right choice.
Besides, if you know you're 'vulnerable' to thoughts of straying when inebriated, you'd really do best to not put yourself in the situation to begin with. At the very least not in settings where the option may well present itself.

It's not a case of being slave / master, it's not degrading, it's just one person is naturally more apt to make decisions than the other and they naturally lead. I just came from a car crash on the I-90 heading from Toronto to New York. My uncle's SUV was totaled. Me, my cousin and my uncle had the police drop us off to a crappy hotel for the night so we can get picked up from my other uncle. My uncle took the most damage out of all of us. After we went down to get some medicine, A couple of people hanging in the front invited us to their room to drink and smoke. To a point where a cute girl (8 out of 10) was hitting on me quite a bit. Now I don't have cute women hit on me very often. She wanted me for the night, but I had to decline because I was worried for my Uncle's safety in the room alone. It hurt me to decline, but my uncle and his health came first.
