    Deepthi ma'am I am so grateful to you,even words fail to express that. I was suffering from PCOD and my doctor recommended many medicines. But as few months back,when I was scrolling through insta I got to know about your workouts. I checked them on youtube and started doing them regularly. And to add to my joy,after 3 months I got diagnosed and there was no trace of PCOD! Thank you ma'am for everything!❤love you😘

      OMG I'm also suffering from PCOD 😭 I've done a lot of exercises but nothing helped!!! My doctor recommended to dance . And from now on I'm gonna try this Deepti ma'am please tell me that only 30mins of dance is ok or do I have to go though your other dance video as well to get a perfect result, like weight loss, stomach and thigh loss !! Please help

    Last year april 2021 i started my journey and lost upto 10 kgs till now.I took a break of 5-7 days. And there is no other way to start it as better than this workout. I'm pumped to see what wonders i can achieve more. Thankyou ma'am for always being there. Ily ❤️

      @@swethav.p3851 yes i controlled food portion, ate in my calorie requirement, achieve protein goals in my meals, i didn't cut sugary foods such as tea or biscuit i took them daily just in specific quantity and oily foods once or twice a week. But i still ate paranthas nearly every day for that i managed the quantity of flour and gher used.

    It's been about 6months since my baby was born that I have done any full length exercises... And even longer since I was pregnant with her. It's been really hard to find time to actually exercise. And the little time that I have, I just want to do nothing. I am glad I forced myself to do it because dancing was something I always loved. The music really helped keep me going when my body was about to give up. I did some modifications but I managed to complete the whole exercise. Thank you. It was fun and not overwhelming.

    Today I just start my workout and tried to follow your every steps at first I thought I can do easily it's not that much hard like not have to do any pushup or pull up but i swer when I start dancing within 15 minutes I exhausted today it's my first day and hardly I completed 15 to 17 minutes workout hope so if I will do daily then I ll also reach 30 minute easily and complete my workout with smile like you have till end.     Mam I am from Kolkata. Your video is amazing. My lower belly fat is loosed due to baby birth. Your video is very helpfull to me. But till now I am not able to do the whole video at a time.
