Dumpling Soup Ingredients : Anchovy (the big size) Water Frozen dumplings Egg Chopped Leek Minced garlic Tsuyu sauce Soy sauce Pepper Salt How to : Add water to pan, put some anchovy to make broth Drain the anchovy Add dumplings, chopped leek, minced garlic Boil Add seasoning with soy sauce, tsuyu sauce and pepper Add pinch of salt if needed Once it's boiling, pour the egg and mix well Wait for another 2-3 mins Ready to serve 🥟 *I don't have measurements, I cooked with heart & feeling 😌*
