It’s crazy how much all of these iconic 90’s Jdm cars have gone up in price. I remember 7-8 years ago, R32 GTR’s were going for 10-15 thousand USD for a pretty decent running condition. Nowadays it’s basically double to triple that price depending on condition. The r32 Gtst’s are going for 15-20 Thousand now 😭 you used to be able to get them under 7 thousand back then. I don’t want to know how much the prices of these cars will go up in another 5-10 years.
Yup, I sold my R34 GTT back in '07 for like $12k...my R32 GTS-T I sold for $10k..and my RX7 Type-RB Bathurst I sold in 2010 for $18k...these are NZD prices...so take off 40% for USD, and you can see I f***ed up big time 😂

Hey sammit, the yellow is indeed a rare Color on the Rx7. Only the Rx7 r1 series had the possibility for yellow mica. There were Rx7 base, Rx7 touring and Rx7 r1 and the r1 is the Bilstein/ 4 piston caliper one😁👍🏻
the FD at 10:10 is an RZ, has the BBS wheels (same as the 32 Vspec but different centre colour) and the fact that it has FACTORY. not AFTERMARKET. Carbon Kevlar Recaros. It also has the mazdaspeed wing at the back.

Your videos are helpful indeed. The thing I regret is that nowadays I couldn't even get a '89-'93 GTS-t without paying 13.000 Euros for it :'/ They are such beautiful, yet plain looking cars, that combo makes them super attractive for me.
COVID-19 has caused me to score an absolute bargain at the JDM auctions in the early months of it. In April, hardly anyone would show up to the auctions. Caused me to score a clean Toyota Soarer UZZ30 5spd for under 5k usd. Dealers grew impatient and just started dumping cars.
Unless something was wrong, that s2k was most likely 22,000. I couldn't see the character next to it. I work with a dealer and have to surf Goo Net and auctions a few times a week, and prices HAVE went up. You could find a bunch of s2k's for around 9k with the highest being in the 20k range. Now there are 2 for 12 and 13k, and after those 2, the next cheapest start at 20k and go up in the 30's. That's just 1 example, but there are many.
Very informative I’m glad you make these videos I appreciate you doing them. I want a yellow FD but the black one for two grand is interesting 🧐 prices for cars in JDM market is nuts your right. Was purchasing a FD in 2011 clean for $5000 shipped to the West Indies. Now there so expensive. Shhhhh I know the used car market should drop in a few months in the USA but I’m not sure about over there. Still looking FD or MR2.
Black roughed up rx7 at back was 2 million yen ($20,000) not 2g. It is an RZ with factory BBS and recaros. The wing on the back is Mazdaspeed thus the sticker.
I think i have 3 favorite cars in that car yard the verosa, the soarer, and the silver r34 with the c west aero. Oops i forgot about the panda ae86 levin 2 door coupe.
I love these types of videos. I'm looking to invest some of my money into some cars and a few of these were really good like the black FD, yellow FD, and the R34. I would work on these and bring them back to stock glory and then sell or maybe keep them.
Its insane how much the prices for the GTR's have gone up. My buddy picked up a 32 three years ago for less kilometers and only paid 20k USD. If I could any car, I'd go for the white R34
Hey Sammit, just wondering how you mounted you’re power tune dash as I’m looking to do the exact same thing and keep the factory cluster, good to see the channel growing keep it up!
Greetings from Canada , I always watch the prices of JDM cars because I have a couple ! The prices are rising and available cars , engines and JDM part's are getting scarce most sold out , and we have lot's of importer's , FYI , a Subaru Ej207 engine was $3500 CN. before this current bullshit , now $ 5000 and hard to find , Supras, Skylies , same all more $ , but still worth it !
The black 33 GT-R is my favourite in that yard, I think it’s mad when u show all us those Jdm car yards because there is no car yards like that where I live
I don't know what it is, but the R33 has become sexier and sexier to me. That black R33 on the gold TEs was I think my favorite there. And I used to hate them?
Z20's came stock with a twin turbo 1G-GTE and later a 7M-GTE (depending on model) for the turbo models. 1JZ's were never offered till the Z30. Also looking that car up on gtnet, it's running the stock 7M-GTE making it a 3.0 Limited. A 2J does not power that beast unfortunately, but I assume seeing 3000cc probably made you think it was Sam 😝
9:40 I don't think that Yellow RX-7 is rare, the rare color is the '93 Competition Yellow Micra. That RX7 has a Series 7 rear wing and Series 7 front bumper, so its probably a 96-97 model, making it sunburst yellow, so same paint code as the Miata you were talking about. That black one afterwards I believe is a series 7 in brilliant black (same as mine) but its a Type-RZ with the Recaro RZ seats....those things are worth $$$$$. The Red Recaro RZ's were featured in both the Type-RZ and the Spirit-R, but the black ones were only the Type-RZ. They've put a 99 spec Wing on it as well.
Any other R32 nerd research that first R32 GTR? At first I thought it was a Nismo based on the price and the no rear wiper. Closer inspection shows its not because it's a 1994 car. After some time on GTR registry I've determined that this could be BNR32-311582. A car that was 1 of 3 GTRs and 1 of 1 KH2 made in '94 made with no rear wiper.
Didn't research it, but did notice that it has a vspec front bumper and what looks like wheels, as Sam points out. Only way to tell for sure is to CarVX it.
@@cd5sircoupe there is actually no such thing as a Vspec bumper. There were VSpecs without the ducts. The N1 ducts were an option on all GTRs and were a popular add on modification that could be purchased separately. You are right about the wheels though, but they are easily added on.
To answer your question, these type of vids do help - My goal is to buy a skyline by spring of next year but I’ll probably hit up your friend that sold you the Evo and see what we can plan. Of course I’d like to visit and say wassup lol

All prices of R34 are gone MAD. I looked at start of the year for R34(GT-T). To this day...prices of GT-T (not even a good one) literally doubled for past 8 months. Even 25GT (non turbo) are becoming expensive. I looked at auction and only one R34 (Coupe GT-T) was sold...but it was for 1900 000 JPY!! O_O...8 months ago you can bought a really nice GT-T for that price. This was R grade... Another R34(but only 25GT-non turbo) was sold for 1240 000 JPY...like couple of months ago you cant bought this car 500k JPY cheaper...

@@coopsnz1 crazy.. Auctions starting at 50k¥ and goes 1 mil real fast😄 about to find a shell and swap a m50b28 in it lol😂 A mark 2 chaser has always been my dream to get, but the price probably won't let me for another year😄

My FAVORITE Sammit Videos! Clicked faster than R34 GT-R’s sold out in 1999!
Hi mate, I always enjoy this kind of videos and always share the links with some if my friends here in Sydney who are active in the car mod industry. Keep up the amazing work
i'm simple, just want a eg6. love these videos! those 3-spoke wheels were the best thing there.
very helpful,do more of these,it's nice seeing all the goodies they have
I really love to come to Japan. Your videos are very helpful!. Thanks for uploading
20:16 that's the kit Paul Walker used on his r34 if I'm no mistaken right
Yup cwest kit if not its a very good rep
FunFact: even Paul walker's PERSONAL GTR-34 have C-west body kit on it.
[DJ NADJIB - Beatz] although he wasn’t the one that put the kit on it. It was the owner after him
@@thekillerklebb oh! yeah right thanks for the correction,i heard it was the second owner (the guy from Hawaii wanted to built like a tribute car).
I just bought one of those Corolla hatchbacks. Mine is white though, wish I could've found one in that blue but couldn't really wait. It's an awesome little car either way.
I discovered your channel via these videos, always looking forward to the car yard vids as I want to import another JDM car into Melbourne, keep it up wouldn't mind seeing a few videos of the car auctions that would be kool. cant wait to go to japan myself and experience the car culture first hand and also drive a JDM beast while over there haha.
Yes these types of videos are amazing and it helps out a lot, your videos are perfect keep up the good work
That video was really helpful, it gives me a reference for how much the prices have gone up and also what they may be in the future. Although the R34 would be sweet to have here in the states but I'm going to have to wait until 2024 until I legally import here
No one wants to buy any cars right now? Man... stocks are dry here in Australia, this going up and selling for top dollar... people bored and need projects and driving being one of the few things you can enjoy in the current world.
Blue FD with the 1st generation Advan Super Tri spokes hands down my favorite in this yard
Oh my God I love the yellow FD, for sure one of my dream cars.
Your a great and honest guy Sammit. I wish you the best in everything you do. :)
These videos for me is actually helpful I use to try and do what your doing but with random Japanese websites that don’t have English words lmao just trying to look for cars and searching for good priced r34’s
i like that kind of video , in germany the used car prices are really high not only because of covid , they climbed up at beginning 2019 and still rising , same problem like japan . the rest of the world needs cars and they dont have the money for new ones , plus who buy's a new car at the moment..perhaps you lose your job or you business gets broken.
I love these videos. I wish they had a couple S15s because that's the car I'm most interested in right now.
Just a correction the Z20 soarers only came with 1G and 7M motors, it was the Z30 soarers that had the 1JZ ☺️
Man this is so cool! I want a R33 GTST so bad!! My fav was the black R33 and the GC8 STI
That 4 door skyline at the end is the only car i could afford in that yard lol.
Australia , new Zealand, UK buyers buying 90s corvetre, mustang in usa pushing up the price aswell. It a global market everyone bidding for there dream cars
love these kind of vids. can you do an update at that GT-R lot with your lady friend who kept smiling all the time lol
Hey Sam I love these videos im only 16 and live in NZ but one day want to own an r32 so these really help on the watching the prices and whats happening in japan thank you
Your videos are helpful indeed. The thing I regret is that nowadays I couldn't even get a '89-'93 GTS-t without paying 13.000 Euros for it :'/ They are such beautiful, yet plain looking cars, that combo makes them super attractive for me.
I actually found this really helpful. I never knew how much cars actually were in Japan.
7:42 Nissan badge in the wrong spot.. signs of a respray
I got email about my orders today. Thank you Sam, I apreciate ya man. Keep killin it.
13:20 those new corolla hatches are actully pretty nice
The first R32GTR Sam looked at was an N1 only limited number was made it doesn’t have rear window wiper.
That's just 1 example, but there are many.
i love these types of videos, i want to own a midnight purple R34 one day!! ill probably get an R35 before i get that car though
This was very informative of price versing. Thank you.
That white wrx sti hatch is my dream car, the exact spec and everything.
It’s just a GSR...baby evo’s are cool!!! I’ve a 1993 gsr! Cheap fun!
Love these videos..keep em coming even the parts yard🙂
Black roughed up rx7 at back was 2 million yen ($20,000) not 2g. It is an RZ with factory BBS and recaros. The wing on the back is Mazdaspeed thus the sticker.
I think i have 3 favorite cars in that car yard the verosa, the soarer, and the silver r34 with the c west aero. Oops i forgot about the panda ae86 levin 2 door coupe.
at least he didn’t call it a testarossa again
Mazda Yellow was one of their racing teams colors back in the day.
I love these types of videos. I'm looking to invest some of my money into some cars and a few of these were really good like the black FD, yellow FD, and the R34. I would work on these and bring them back to stock glory and then sell or maybe keep them.
want to import a Legnum VR4, hope the auctions have some good choices when im ready.
I like these videos... I like the 32's and 33 GTRs. The RX7s too
Fredric drove a corolla for 2 years in FD.. Ryan Turck is driving it this year
If I'm not mistaken, the yellow FD is called Competition Yellow Mica or CYM
Its insane how much the prices for the GTR's have gone up. My buddy picked up a 32 three years ago for less kilometers and only paid 20k USD. If I could any car, I'd go for the white R34
Helpful for sure. Out of all of them. I’d probably consider the WRX R STI gc8
Hey Sammit, just wondering how you mounted you’re power tune dash as I’m looking to do the exact same thing and keep the factory cluster, good to see the channel growing keep it up!
This stuff is very interesting more like this would be appreciated. Maybe some car yards you recommend also. Keep up the good content.
Good info! This is the reality of the cost of these cars now.
Very helpful. Been in the market for a 33gtr but nothing as of yet.
Saw that blue GC8 in the background! I'll take 2!
The GC8 is a 2door, super rare in Oz.
Definitely would love to have that black r33 for 48 grand lol I'd for sure enjoy seeing more videos like this. Appreciate all your hard work bro 🤙
London is full of those Corollas, probably most popular new car around here right now.
I'm trying to import an Evo 6 ATM, prices are all over the show!
Red S2k 💎 ...yes you should learn more about them bro they are beast specially when you boost it....and they come factory Rwd 🔥
Everyone already knows about them. Honda = 'yawn' -Skyline owner
That 34 GTR has the fast and furious C-West kit!
Sam, I've wanted to ask you for a long time now, with your age how on earth have you accomplished getting a Skyline AND Silvia both as much of us would do some crazy things to get? They're both amazing and you've showed what they cost roughly, I need to get on your level🤔
Gtr 7 milion yen , so a gtt selling for 2 million yen in Japan at auction is normal . The $30000 down under
