Perhaps you should also talk about the hangover effects as well, a good alcohol should give you mild to no hangover given that you didn’t get sloshed the previous night!

Vodka is itself a neutral spirit. When you distill ethanol to high proof (above 90%, usually 95%) from sources like grains, potatoes, fruit, etc this is called neutral spirit. It is then diluted with water to usually 40% and this is called vodka.
