Sietze de Vries demonstrates the 1781 Hinsz organ in the Martinikerk, Bolsward

The organ (III/P 42) in the Bolsward Martinikerk was built as a two manual instrument in 1781 by Albertus Anthoni Hinsz towards the end of his long career. A third manual was added in a more Romantic style by L. van Dam & Sons in 1861.
In this improvised Fantasia Sietze de Vries employs a range of stop combinations as the tune to the hymn 'Praise to the Holiest in the Height' eventually emerges and is explored and developed in various guises and colours.
