Character Development Whiteboard

This whiteboard video is a learning product that provides an explanation of the Army's Framework for Character Development, why character matters in the Army, and why the Army must intentionally develop character in its Soldiers and Army Civilians through the alignment of identity, climate, and culture with the Army Ethic as our guiding azimuth.

Disclaimer: This whiteboard video was developed as a learning product by the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) and Army Training Support Center (ATSC). This was not delivered by an Army leader to a live audience; rather it was recorded with an actor using a script developed by CAPE and ATSC with the intent that Army leaders would use it to educate Army professionals on the Army's Framework for Character Development.
