Dude….i know you’re X team, have been for years, I was born in Jackson, raised in Bondurant, one of my best friends is Pat T, 136…. I race you on this game, MadSkills… I’m fasteddy, love your sled vids dude!
Some people tip the sled on the side, remove the clutch bolt, and then trickle water into the end of the crank, then thread tape the bolt and use hydraulic pressure to pop the clutch off the taper, but then you would need the puller to separate the clutch for disassembly.
@@SteveMartin12 yea I've used that trick a couple times just didnt know if it was bad for it at all and sounded like you might of known a reason for not doing that to take the clutch off
There's no substitution for having the proper tools.. BRP has the best selection bar none of specifically designed tools in the industry and they make the work so much easier.. and fun .
Nice informative video but unless there was an issue or you’re really bored on a Friday night I just don’t see a reason to completely disassemble a perfectly good clutch with only 1200 miles on it🤷🏻♂️
Thanks for such a detailed video! So many videos out there that don’t show shit! Pray for ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Thank you! I agree, it can snow any time now!
Thank you for making these videos! The way you explain and show in detail with the footage I find quite engaging. Keep it up!
Nice vid Bud. The "fixture" shaft is threaded to take a 1/2" tap bolt to use with the spring compressor cup. 🤩 i can send you one.
Oh awesome, my dad ordered the tool from you, and it was set up in the vice with. 1/2” bolt installed. I’ll try it out again today!
Sick video Steve thx I jus ordered the ibackshift tool

Haha rad! Thanks for watching. You rip on mad skills!
I'll keep my trusty TRA, thank you very much.
If you run a pdrive, your TRA will end up collecting dust. The sky is the limit as far as tuning with the pdrive.
Thank you
You're welcome
Did you clean the bearings out or just put new grease in them? Is there an upgraded bushing available that runs next to the bearing?
I clean as needed. This one wasn’t too dirty. We’ve seen some bad ones this year though
Why is the water trick bad can you elaborate on that please?

if there are any imperfections or cracks the water can create psi in them causing more issues.
@@SteveMartin12Do you have to separate the clutch to remove the spring?
Whats that packer tool you use to grease those bearings?
That’s from Grip N Rip. It came with iso flex as well
If you just want the injector SPI makes one part number is SM-12584
You forgot to install your spacer.
No sound
Hmm... it works on my end.
