Hi Tara! The acne comes back bc you didn’t fix what caused the acne in the first place. Gut issues. Accutane addresses the SYMPTOMS (acne breakouts), but if you don’t fix what’s triggering it (ROOT CAUSE), #1 the acne will keep coming back once you get off Accutane and #2 it is going to lead to other health issues bc whatever is not in balance in your body NOW will start affecting other parts of your health LATER bc other things will start to go out of balance. Chronic fatigue, hair loss, dry skin, thyroid imbalance, autoimmune diseases, eczema, etc. Eating out a lot and/or eating boxed meals catches up eventually unless you’re ordering organic meals. Fast food chains don’t use the expensive oils (EVOO, avocado oil, coconut oil) to make the food. You’re getting the inflammatory oils (for example. vegetable oils - corn oil, palm oil, peanut oil, etc - high Omega 6’s). Speaking from experience. Also, h. Pylori and low vitamin D can cause acne breakouts. That’s why when some people who have acne go on an antibiotic their acne clears up. Look into what low vitamin D and gut issues can allow h. Pylori to grow.
I was going to say this but I’m regards to the pre workout she drinks and the artificial sweeteners from cold/flavoured drinks. It’s toxic overload in the body that has to come out of your system, usually in the way of inflammation, breakouts, bloating, cancer/tumours ect

Yes to all of this!! It is also what causes eczema unfortunately. My son had SEVERE eczema head to toe..bleeding every day, etc. once we changed our diets and started healing his gut with the help of our eczema specialist doctor (takes months and months..not just something you can do quickly!) his eczema is gone. I knew something had to change when his allergist recommended dupixent. It suppresses your immune system and my mama gut was saying no no no!! So thankful that I addressed the root!!

Your hair looks great! I’m around your age and just finished 8 months of Accutane, the dry eyes and dry lips were by far the worst side effect, but well worth it in the end. I found that the lip specific versions of Aquaphor weren’t as effective as the big tub, but Aquaphor makes mini versions of the tub that fits well in a purse, it’s about the size of a quarter.
Accutane is incredibly dangerous for your body. I was on it for 3 months and had to get off. My dermatologist suggested spironolactone it helps with hormonal acne I have been on it for years and love it!

I remember losing one of my big toenails when I was on Accutane. There was no warning. I went to put my sock on and my toenail lifted off my toe. No pain or anything. It’s like my toe shedded the nail because my body was so dry 😂. It took a year to grow back. I think that was the annoying part of it. Waiting for it to grow back so I could wear open toe shoes.

She probably has large underground cysts that you can’t really see until they become red infected bumps with no white head. But you can feel them festering and they hurt. For some of us Accutane is the only thing that will get rid of them and keep them from coming back. It’s quite an ordeal to go on this medicine.

Tara, Tatum's pacifier, though.... It needs to go. Start cutting off the tips of them so she won't like them. A little crying and some tantrums and be done with it. It's such an unnecessary, habit forming. soothing technique.
But why don't your daughters share with Grayson and play with him? They always care about his daughter and he needs his sisters' participation. I see this in all your videos.

Chap sticks don’t work….that is why you need to reapply them. Use a little coconut oil……a natural remedy, not a chemical one. It really works
