The category RC Christian Religious Sisters (Nuns) is only for Religious Sisters (nuns) who are members of Religious Congregations in India recognized by the Roman Catholic Church. Its not for the relatives.

For MBBS admission anywhere in India, you need only a NEET score. You don't need to write any other state entrance exam.

But, you may have to pay a penalty to the college and the state government if you resign your BDS seat.
