    How bad would it be if I don't have molasses?

      I’ve never made it without molasses. I would suggest looking for a molasses free gingerbread recipe and following that 😊

    I want to make this the night before a meeting. Can I make the icing the day before and keep it in the fridge until I'm ready to use it the next morning? Or will this harden immediately? Any tips for preparing this the day before so that I can work on it the next day?

      Yeah definitely. It does harden really quickly I’m the fridge but if you take it out of the fridge around 30 mins before you pipe and let it come to room temperature it should be fine 😊
