if you truly follow veganism, honestly you should not eat in any such restaurant that serves meat. you never know but there is always a good chance of cross contamination when they use the same utensils spoons knives ect to cook vegetarian dishes which they have used to even chop meat. there are a lot of 100 % vegetarian and vegan restaurants in Mumbai which is definitely a safer option to stay vegan. I am a strict vegetarian and make sure never to step into any such restaurant that serves meat.
