Maymay, I *love, adore* and have been *drooling* over this vintage paper pack since I got it... or several! LOL. I grew up in the 50's and 60's and can remember all of this style of dress, design, box covers, etc, very well. My favorite page is the decoration box labels. Boy, does *that* bring me back! I am SOOO HAPPY you're doing this series with strictly cards. I'm dying to find out how many cards you end up with. God bless you, Vinnie, your Mama, family & store gang. Take care, sweet pea. 😃💖
Love this process. I still have some of those Shiny Brite ornaments, in the original boxes from the 50's and 60's that have been on my Christmas tree since I was born :) I had to get this paper pack and CASE your cards. Also, I'm so glad I got the set of Mini Perfect Layers a couple of years ago; I never thought they would stop making them.
I grew up in the 50's and 60's and love this vintage look. You make such beautiful cards and put in such care when making them. I am getting so many great ideas. I am loving this card series.
I am loving this series! While I was in Haines I meet this lady at The Salvation Army Women's Ministries. Her name is Kate H. She is a nice lady we got together a couple times in the conference room at the library there and I put together some bases for cards with her. Just some different colors. I had gone to a second hand consignment store and bought a lot of scrapbooking paper and fancy hand made paper.I don't have Christmas paper yet but I would love to find a pack and use a few of those bases for that. Thank you for sharing! God bless! Love hugs and prayers! O:-)
Maymay, those little bits and pieces you toss away, I save and use my tiny punches on them and save them for cards that need just a tiny bit of something different.
I'm watching this video series for a second time!! I'm scrapbooking a Christmas Card, but only a single piece that fits in a #10 envelope. It'll have papers & a picture on the front, then I'll type a letter (life update) and glue it to the back. I did the same thing back in 2012 ... the last time I sent Christmas Cards!! Hopefully it'll still be just 50 cents postage, still!!
I've always used my paper trimmer to make the white 8th inch cardstock mat. You looked pretty fast with your knife, I would be much faster with the trimmer. Really cute cards.💜
The blue card that has the ornament box on it. I have the same box of ornaments, actually have 12 boxes that my late husband bought for 10 cent a box. You could send me that card. Lol
May I just say...your amazing!!! your tips are just great...I have the same paper pack and have tons of Cards to make, using your video and will make them now. Thanks again for your awesome tips.
When doing the strips at 6.49 time you could just trim enough to show over the top and the bottom of the inset piece as the middle part of the strip won’t be seen behind the inset piece and spread your sheet further.
Hey love ur videos!!! I'm new to ur channel so I have been trying to find a paper cutter that works I have so far bought three different brand names and I hate all of them. which one is yours???

Hello 😊 What is the link to the journal you showed in the beginning? My 91 year old mother loves it !!!
Excellent tutorial. Thanks so much for all the brilliant ideas. Am new to card making and am totally addicted!
Love these videos! I would take that Santa's list and pit it in a 12X12 frame and use it as a kind of white boards
Beautiful cards.

All I can say is WOW! TYFS

I have an actual Shiny Bright ornament box. I think it’s from when Mom was a little girl.
if i like both sides in a paper pack i take a photo of it then print it out unless u have a scanner that can fit 12-12 paper :)
Loving this series! They are so cute! tfs
I just got my Tim Holtz Ruler!! Yay!
The blue card that has the ornament box on it. I have the same box of ornaments, actually have 12 boxes that my late husband bought for 10 cent a box. You could send me that card. Lol

I noticed you mixed up the top layers. I think they are still very very cute! I was gonna work on some Christmas cards today!
Yea I saw that right away too. *giggle

Love love love ❤️
I love your videos xx
I love this video series BUT I'm just sad that I can't get my hands on that stack of papers! Growing up on the Jetson's did me in! LOL
Amazing!!!! Thank you so much!!! Love this!
I just discovered your channel, and I love this series. It's so cool!!
I try to buy 2 set of a double sided paper pack so I don’t feel like I am losing out on a paper I love!
Excellent!!!
Do you show how to make envelopes for them?
Hey love ur videos!!! I'm new to ur channel so I have been trying to find a paper cutter that works I have so far bought three different brand names and I hate all of them. which one is yours???
Great video!!!!
what is the weight of the white card stock you used to mat the focal images? Love your videos!
Lisa Staehle I know I use 65-80 lb. Only my card base card stock is heavy-100-110 lb. That way the card doesn’t get TOO heavy.
Would the 90 weight cardstock work ok for the card bases?
i need a maymay card for my craft room lol
what size are the focal pieces
What type of foam tape do you use?
Just curious... Did you change your mind about what picture to go on what color (red/blue background) or did you mess up a bit?
So Interesting
Do you sell this paper pad
We're did u buy those jumbo zip Locks?
I knoww Dollar Tree has them
Cindy Morgan , in the first video she said they can be found at Dollar Tree, and there are 10 to a box, I think she said.
You put the stack you had for the red background on the blue background and vice versa.
deviousfate, It goes to show you how well this paper pack works... they're gorgeous no matter which way you go. 😃💖
Karen Thompson i agree. I was just amused by the small mistake
Don't you have a stam that say " made by YOU" stamp.
Hi that stamp set has been added to the vault, thanks
