Doesn't seem to be readily available atm. Is available from your link for $340 or so including delivery to Europe. They don't calculate tax -- this would probably be another 70+ euros including processing charge.
Is this tablet still a bargain at around 400 euros ?
Also found it on Ali express but it's more expensive again (and doesn't include tax either)
The link Chris provided is Giztop shop. They claim if you select Express delivery there won't be additional charges (customs import fee and VAT). What you pay on the checkout is all of the cost.
Great to se more quality tablets coming in. Xiaomi pad 5 pro 12.4 any soon on the test?
Hopefully.
Hi! What about the non pro version? The xiaoxin pad 2022. Is it worth the buy? Thanks!
Hello Chris! Can you review also the official pen(precision pen 3) for this tablet(lenovo pad pro 2022)
Does this have problem such as sharpness & image retention like it's previous version??
Hi Chris.
Is the HDR working on RUclips?
Also do you have the HDR logo when you check the video on Amazon? Same for Netflix?
I remember on your video for the 2020 model it was available.
Thank you !!!
I have got it on my Lenovo P11 Plus though. RUclips in HDR. Lenovo does not fall under the devices that support HDR Netflix, only WideVine L1. You can see the supported devices on their support-list. I havent checked the HDR licenses for streaming apps suchs as Prime or Disney+ but i believe HBO Max app supports HDR10.
Strangely, when trying to place an order through Giztop I get an error code saying I had to add one of the accessories, such as the keyboard case or stylus, which, while useful, aren't cheap. I also don't like being forced to purchase an add-on. Anyone else have this issue? I've tried multiple browsers as well...
I contacted the live chat about this and it's since been fixed. I was able to order and just accepted delivery yesterday. Hope this helps.
@@ngstigator Thank you very much.
What would you choose, this or Xiaomi pad 5/ 5 pro?
Netflix is good on it ? No issue with drm?
Someone please help me out with installing Google Play. I got it from Lenovo's App store, but the Sign in button refuses to work. I tried to reinstall, clear cache, nothing worked.
Did you get the Chinese ROM version? If so you'll have to manually install all the google play services apk along with the Appstore online.
Man. looking forward to these tablets from Lenovo. What more can it offer on the next release?
Not a lot more maybe if they brought back the 3.5mm Jack ? That would be good
Hi, My Lenovo Pad Pro 2022 cannot update from android 12? it says no updates available.
Anyone knows anything whats the issue? please
TechTablets Thanks Much !
Purchased this, however, there doesn't seem to be a global rom or clear guide to root. XDA forum is lacking clear data on this device. Hope more information is released soon.
I don't think it can be yet, locked boot loader?
@@Techtablets, BL unlocked mate. Accessible from settings, which is great.
Best tablet yet!!!!! I already bought that!
Great
You bought China ROM or Global ROM?
@@badman5356 chinese rom, but can install Google play
@@shawn-yy4rn Can you watch 4k video on RUclips?
Thank you for your great review. Gizmochina review they mentioned ( the 2022 model adds a screen plastic protective stand, making it look cheaper ) what do they mean ?
Not sure what they mean by that at all very odd. Sounds like a translation gone wrong 😑
Hey!
Giztop is an non eu seller, and therefore one should have to pay the custom fees if you import from them (in Europe) How much did you have to pay?
Hey, great review!
I have a question. Is it possible that they downgraded the screen? Current Pad Pro 12.7 on Giztop says it has 12.7" 2.9K LCD screen, not and OLED or AMOLED
How does the screen compare to the 2021 model? That OLED showed some strange blurry edges when displaying certain colour combinations...
The oled is not as good as Samsung be warned. I'm only looking because I'm sick of Samsung taking customers for granted.. 🇬🇧
Hola, tengo la versión global rom, pero no se actualiza, hay un problema con OTG, y no me proyecta la funcion HDMI, la compré en AliExpress, alguna sugerencia?
Hi,
Does it still have the OLED screen quality issue as in , extreme dark condition you see the screen true weakness ?
It's different to the last-gen model which also had more of a jagged look to the pixel arrangement. I'm not seeing black patchy banding or green at low brightness this screen seems perfect. It has Dolby Vision and works in Amazon Prime and HDR10+ it's a flagship level screen in my eyes 100%
lenovo legion phone duel 2 bee will update to zui 14 but it cause screen saver problem while calling until the device shuts down if i want to go back to zui 13 version what do i have to do?😢
Does it still have the pentile display of the 2021 model? The visible pixels on the fonts bother me.
WIth video out, what kind of desktop mode does it offer? Since Lenovo owns Motorola, is it their Ready For?
It’s clone display or desktop windows apps a big like Dex Windows style
@@Techtablets It is another desktop mode then, I get it. I wonder what is the point of Lenovo workning on two separate desktop modes for two separate brands that they own. Ready For is pretty good.
Ah looks so good, Lenovo Italy is asking 499€ for the Kompanio model, quite steep
Hey mate! Huge follower of yours since 2017. Thanks for the content you deliver, the website and community you've build. Specially for choosing Spain as your living country (if Im not mistaken) its great to have people like you.
I have a small question and hope you can share your opinion. Im inclined to buy it today, as its on Aliexpress for around 120-130€. Do you think its a good buy for that price point? Or are there better options at 100-200€ price range?
Thanks in advance!
For that price it's definitely worth it. You'll not find better for 120-130 euros.
@@Techtablets awesome! Thanks mate I thought so as well.
@@kiraitachiHey please can you send me the link
it is not this one
comparing to the screen between xiaomi mi pad 5 pro and Lenovo xiaoxin pro screen, which is better?..... is there a big difference? will I face any problem with LCD screen?
I prefer this screen, Pad Pro.
Can i use it as a tv box ? The quality having picture to tv is the same or i loose something? And what about 4g 5g cellular?
Is there a finger print scanner on this model?
Thank for the review mate ! I wonder the Playstore is avaiable in this tablet (xiaoxin pad pro 2022). And which kind of ROM this you run on the device , the China or Global one ?
which would you suggest for me to buy?
the 2021 version with sd 870
or this one?
Can you compare it to the 2023 version ? The screen is 144hz lcd and not anymore oled
Hello, Recently picked one of these up, and so far, I'm loving it. I was wondering if you have any recommendations for a case
Not really no but plenty on AliExpress.
@Techtablets okay cool, I'll give that a look 👍
Great review! I'm curious if it supports HD Netflix viewing? I have ordered (order is processing at this stage) this tablet because of this video...
if u notice, the video author didnt reply. i think its not possible and he didnt outrightly advertise it. if u notice he just show a 4k video instead of netflix. This is a failure to be honest haha. OLED display but cant even play netflix in full HD
shame if it cant play Netflix in its full potential :(
@@UnknownUnknown-qt6ft u havent got your set yet?
Use kodi
@@juanlaza3360 able to elaborate? U mean use Kodi to stream instead of Netflix?
@TechTablets Hi dude you missed out on the 8GB RAM 😔 however you can still get it from Etoren.
Also will you please review the Huawei MatePad 11 Pro? with 12GB RAM and it has Snapdragon 888 so yes Im guessing it will be pretty powerful
My Matepad 11 Pro SD 888 review is here: ruclips.net/video/OplFDDLUeLM/видео.html
that's a great tablet , can you confirm if runs PUBG at EXTREME (60fps) frame rate ?
