It’s amazing how you and Andy have found these original, natural ways to renovate your home and they truly work. The house looks beautiful Sharon. Lots of hard work by both you and Andy. See you next video.
I like to commend both you and Andy on the authentic build processes during the restoration. The load of effort shown... amazing and true to the character in the final reveal.
Nicely done. I’m guessing that is something you do both on the inside and outside. You always impress me Sharon, with your ‘get ‘er done’ approach to your projects with a lot of energy and a confident attitude.
Well done! I think I commented about burnt sand mastic back when you installed that door! I've never tried adding lime to my mastic - mainly because, when I buy lime, it goes straight into a putty bin, so I never have any non-putty lime around. I like to use a very-fine, silver sand for mastic and find that the bags of Play Sand from Tesco are ideal!
Nice to see Sharon up front & taking the lead. Well done, Sharon!
An interesting method!👍👍

Knew about putty, but not burnt sand mastic! Thanks a lot for showing us how it’s done 👍
Love that you use old methods to seal the stone and wood, it looks natural once it is set.
You can get kiln dried sand at most builders merchants in the UK, I'm guessing it's a similar product.
Great video as always 😊
Great video, well explained, like the description.❤
Thanks, Sharon! I learned something new and helpful.
Thanks Sharon for another interesting video. I learn something new every time I watch you two. The house is looking quite beautiful.😊💗👍🇨🇦

Thank you 😊 Yes, it needs to be applied both inside and out for the best result
Great idea 😊 looking good Sharon 👍
Thank you Sharon!
Nice old ideas are very good to be known , and ecological...
Great method of using traditional materials. Will you apply it to all windows and doors?
Yes eventually, when we have nothing else to do 😂 but each new window and door will definitely get it from the get go
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Well done Sharon👍
Great band name by the way….Burnt Sand Mastic!
Yacht rock or Indie metal.
😂😂😂
Nice one Shaz 👌👌👍
Does it need to be boiled or raw linseed oil - or does it not matter. Never heard of this so a great technique - as always
It works great with boiled
Good morning, thanks for the video great info for someone who needs it.

The audio is in French and cannot be changed on the YT settings to English. This happens on your channel off and on.
Oh nooo! Sorry about that 😢
What did you end up calling the black kitty? 😺
We called her Kali after the girl that initially rescued her.
@FincaLife oh that's a nice thought, & name 🤗
Hi Andy, did you do a review on a Laser Level some time ago, and if which one?, thanks
Je suis désolée mais je ne regarderai plus vos vidéos la traduction est épouvantable et fatiguante désolée
This fact is not their problem.
The translation is automatically done by RUclips- they are probably using Al to do it.
I'm pretty sure you can turn it off in your settings!
So sorry... We didn't know this
🌟Well Done🌟 Sharon
I enjoy learning different techniques from traditional backgrounds of how it was done back with proven results.
