Thanks Scott! - weird bit of trivia that anyone buying that light might find useful, from the looks of it that's a GX16 3 pin Aviation connector - it's a really bizarre application for that type of connector, but you can easily take them apart and make an adapter to any other 3 wire connector if you're feeling up for some DIY
Silly question - Did you pull back the latch to get what looks like a Bowens type reflector to fit ? (The latch on the top)
Yeah, the metal studs on the modifiers are too bug for the actual holes, so before it even gets to the latch part
