This one took awhile for me to finish and if I have to be honest; including the fact that my voice wasn't cooperative the entire 2 weeks I was losing quite a bit of motivation on it. I tend to forget that I start on singing projects for fun. Somewhere along the way I'll get too serious about it & end up obsessing over ways on how to "perfect" it. This isn't my proudest work but even with the self deprecating thought of how much it's lacking, I did work pretty hard on it and finished. I'm also learning how to be a little more freeing with what I do so, thank you for your patience. ♡

It's a sobering thought, that someone as talented as Enna can simultaneously create something so amazing and yet find it "lacking". I have no talent or interest in singing, but I can kinda understand the sentiment of "this thing I created isn't as polished as I want it to be, but I can't keep working and stressing over it forever".
Keep your head up, Enna. It may seem like shallow praise coming from someone with very little singing aptitude, but I think this cover is something you can definitely be proud of.

I just discovered Enna and my god her voice is so gorgeous! Her music ability is also insane with the harmonies she create, currently putting every Enna song and cover in my playlist
gosh it actually fits for some reason. Just changing the tone and mood of it makes the song seem darker. Sure, the lyrics is positive but the way words are being said makes it look like it has different meaning. I really love this version too along with the og one!!!

I’m glad you’re learning not to be so hard on yourself. I’ve always struggled with the same problem of being a perfectionist. It’s good to always want to improve, but it becomes a problem when it prevents you from seeing what is actually very great work already. And this certainly is great!
