Agar apane required documents submit kiya hai to between 15 to 30 working day me aapko visa with passport mil jayegi, in my case visa status after interview 25 days me change huwa tha. Don't worry you will get visa .

214b It's mean that your visa is rejected no need to wait but if you get a 221g it's mean your visa is refused for Administrative process
