2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup sorghum flour 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp yeast Pinch of salt (looked like 1 tsp and a lil bit) 2 cups warm water. Add one cup at a time Let sit for some time to ferment
Yes in Somalia traditionally only indigenous grains were used like sorghum and millet. It is much healthier than imported wheat. Nowadays however people use all kinds of flour even pancake mix! The ones abroad also seem to have also forgone the traditional way of fermentation.
A lot of things like different kinds of stews ( meat stew mainly camel& goat) broth, tomato soup (or with beans), and last but not least is by eating with tea,sugar,butter/sesame oil which is mainly used and is the simple and traditional way.

If the pan is non stick - no oil is needed
If the pan is not non stick - you need oil.
