Confused about the "in jacket" rating. 14 awg insulated house wiring is rated by NFPA at 15 amps. Insulated wire I would expect is "in jacket". This chart shows a rating of 5.9 amps! That's a HUGE difference. Makes this chart unusable. Please explain!
