You just completely lost all credibility of your facts when referencing Fisher Island Club. The premier club you’re referencing is in New York. Thus, the audio in the quote you included references “New England Coast”. That, along with the images didn’t make you think, this doesn’t look like something that would fit on a tiny Miami island. The club on Fisher Island doesn’t even have 18 holes and is simply a matter of convenience rather than being anything close to a premier course.
You are correct. Most of the footage is definitely not Fisher Island. I look directly at it from my balcony.

I’m trying to figure out how they have restaurants on the island. There’s no way a server makes enough to live on that island.
The workers don’t live on the island. I grew up staying in Palm Beach FL in the winters and believe me, all the landscapers and workers crossed the bridge in the evenings and lived in West Palm or worse. Only the housekeepers lived on the island In the servants quarters.
