- Apologies for the fast motion audio in parts. RUclips has me on very limited features including maximum video length of 15 minutes (bless 'em) so I had to speed up some sections and unfortunately some audio got captured in the fast motion.
Great to see a video from such a damaged blade to a perfect edge again. Thanks for posting.

NIce shop, good equipment, and you do good work. I sharpen knives, also restore and make Japanese type knives. Wish I could get a low speed wet grinder like yours. I mostly work by hand, with a bench grinder for roughing out. I am always amazed at how abused, dirty and dull peoples' knives are when they come to me.
What the hell?! Great work as always (I miss your old channel) but what happened to it?!
p.s. don't forget to wear your new microphone. You used to have excellent audio.

As for what happened to this knife; apparently some friends disrespected it against some bones.
