Who am I? Here's my fancy pants bio...
Rachel is an ADHD Coach & Educator on a relentless quest to help people with ADHD believe in themselves. A learner at heart, Rachel built her career in teaching, learning and development, and coaching but despite the apparent ‘success’ found herself aged 30 with her self-esteem in the pits. A diagnosis of inattentive type ADHD was the answer to an agonizing puzzle, and now she's obsessed with helping others put together the pieces of their own colourful chaotic jigsaw.
Thank you for continuing to make sense of all my life experiences! 😄❤❤❤ "Stop discussing the problem with people who don't get it" and the low tolerance to stay in relationships, situations or jobs that make me feel bad just hits the nail on the head.
Yay! I'm glad to hear that 💛
Rachel, THANK YOU! you somehow manage to translate that which is intangible, abstract and wishy washy, into the exact words that describe how I have felt. A true gift!
This makes me happy!
Oh, yes! Feeling broken hurts! But, family and friends telling me that my oddities is part of what they love about me is soooo great to hear. Rachel, feel free to reach out - it feels like we are on some of the tracks, but with different angels :)
When I was struggling with my education/degree and could not find meaning or purpose in in, I went to my dad and he had the best response ever : "If you dont find enjoyment/value in this education, then dont do it". I had already thought about alternatives, but its such a great point and exactly what I needed to hear.
In the perspective of ADHD, the point is the same, there are just more challenges, but the point is still very valid.
This is a beautiful response!
And im here again, thankyou yet again, the sunglasses got me 😂❤
Too cool for school 😎🤣

“Let go or be dragged” is one of my favorite quotes/quips 😅 Going through a career transition currently. I think for some (especially if there isn’t money or other resources), timing is huge. I wanted to make this pivot 3 years ago, but the timing was terrible. I appreciate your thoughts on this and the other themes in these videos! P.S. I love that you left all your sun struggles/transitions in here 😂 Very human and relatable!
