Cannot wait to dig into this journal! Congrats again my friend. WOW you guys got a lot of snow!! We got a light dusting and a sheet of ice 😂 Great video of the pups outside, that made our day! Have a great weekend 🤘
Thank you so much for your support. Means the world to me. The KISS fandom is in good hands with you. I look forward to watching your rise every week. 🤘🙏
My dad had that issue of rolling stone. I remember thumbing through it and seeing the ad. He was a huge Elvis fan and I was a huge kiss fan. Cool memory.
That's awesome! Great memory of that. One of my Dad's friends at work had a huge Elvis collection in their basement. Crazy how, that's how my rooms would turn out many years later with KISS. I love to hear that about your and your Dad. That's the magic of rock and roll. Have a great weekend! 🤘🙏
As lifelong KISS fans we will forever be after-school, Friday (and Saturday) night rock nerds. The square pegs always trying to fit in the round holes, in-reality rock and roll music and KISS saved our lives. It all doesn't matter so much now, we have proven ourselves in-life on our own terms and that is what is most important. Thanks for the video Demon dude.
Thank you very much! I'm kind of digging the cold the older I get, which is weird LOL. I just hate the snow, especially when I have to drive. I have a a good 50 minute drive to work, so with snow, it's a nightmare. Have a great weekend! 🙏🤘
I'll never forget riding in my moms mercury carpi on the way home when the news of the King was announced on the radio, that was major news that day. That is a great issue of Rolling stone to have in the collection. Look forward to checking out the new book, congratulations
Thank you so much! I always thought it was super cool how big that day was, and how information traveled slower back then. The internet seems to feed on big news for a day, and then it's on to the next. Back then, it was talked about, cared about and celebrated long after. I need to get to Graceland one day. 🤞. Have a great week!
The rolling stone mag really awesome ! The king on the front and an awesome kiss add inside! I got a handful of my mom’s Elvis’s lps I inherited! Burning 🔥 love is my fav. Elvis song! Here in Kingsport ! We still have a like 8 room hotel that Elvis , Scotty Moore his guitarist and up right bass player stayed in and got ready for a show in our civic auditorium in 1955! If u get a chance ! Just look up Elvis n Kingsport tn ! You’ll see both in a video ! ⚡️space ace Ron⚡️
Hilarious video the beginning was awesome. I know what it’s like to be drowned out by our babies drinking water cool ROLLING Stone magazine love Elvis love Kiss super cool ad alive too great stuff. Congratulations on your journal. Look forward to the next video. I need to do some research on the Dynasty tour when Kiss hit Huntington, West Virginia September 1979
Thank you for the kind words. That means a lot. There is a pretty cool write up in the KISS ALIVE FOREVER book on the West Virginia show. Let me know if you don't find it in your research, I can type it out for you. Pretty cool, business type stuff. Have a great weekend!! 🤘🙏
Awesome video Ric. 😊 I'd love to get a copy of your book, you bet! I'll have to wait until my next payday to order it. No Dynasty weather yet in my area. It's cold and miserable outside. Those are awesome advertisements you show. I remember being told when I was younger the year that Elvis died, but I don't know much of his earlier music except the songs, "Ain't Nothing But A Hound Dog", "Jailhouse Rock". My late Uncle was a huge fan of Elvis. I remember him listening to the 8-tracks: Elvis- "Aloha from Hawaii via Satellite". He also had the same vhs tape concert too and several Lps of Elvis. Have a great weekend. I'm not a cold weather person and like to stay in where it's warm when I don't have to be out in it. 😊
I'm with you on the cold, I kind of dig it the older I get, as along as I don't have to drive in it. If I have things to do, no way...I'm miserable. But if I can just have a chill Dean Martin weekend LOL, I'm all for it. I'm loving those memories of older relatives and Elvis. I'm the same. My Dad's friend growing up his basement was basically a shrine to Elvis and it fascinated me. Have a great weekend. Thank you for the kind words regarding the KISS journal. Hopefully it will bring some fun to 2025! Take care. 🤘🙏
@ItsAllForYouDemon you're welcome about the book. I'll definitely let you know when I buy a copy. I'm certain I'll enjoy it. It's not often I ever find books written by Kiss fans. 😊 Other than my late uncle, I don't know any other Elvis fans. I know when he had Medicare people enter his apartment to help him in his last few months a lot of his Elvis stuff and Kiss stuff went missing including his expensive wrist watch. My uncle entrusted me with his Kiss Lps long before he was ever diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. And I hold those very dear to me. I haven't played them in years. I want to preserve those Lps he graciously handed down to me. I have my own Kiss Lps that I listen to quite a bit. Had it not been for my uncle liking Kiss then I probably never would have discovered their 8-tracks back in 1989. All I can say about my initial impression of Kiss back then as a preteen girl, "They're shocking beautiful!" 🥰 And I still hold that same impression of them to this day. And their music was unequal to anything that was current on the radio. Meaning, no other band could compare. When my mom had to clear out my uncle's apartment, it was overwhelming, tragic and sad. She never did turn up any of his Elvis stuff nor Kiss (this was the new era stuff). And we sorted through a lot of boxes before we donated most of his personal stuff to thrift stores. I was equally saddened as I knew that stuff meant the world to my uncle. P.S.- I would have loved seeing that Elvis shrine. I bet it's beautiful! I know that my uncle would have been impressed by it. 🤘😊
Awsome video man cool rolling stone ad about alive 2 no cover just the records promoting the album pretty cool we had our 1st bit of dynasty weather yesterday we didn't get much snow just a dusting very comon for where i live it's rare that we get much snow or any snow at all have a great weekend my man and take care
That's nice, snow is fun, but I hate driving in it. Would be nice to only get dustings. This one, we got about 3 inches in an hour, it was super fast. Have a great weekend my friend. Take care. 🤘🙏
The death of Elvis, the beginning of my KISS fandom. Elvis passed on a Tuesday, I was 8 and a huge Elvis fan. I fell in the floor and cried uncontrollably when I heard he had passed. 4 days later, on the following Saturday, my grandmother took me along with her to run her weekly errands. We stopped by Eckerd Drugs, it was an old-school pharmacy in those days that had a short order grill and a malt shop in it. I was hoping to score a chocolate shake. There was a display of vinyl just inside the front door of the place. My grandmother told to pick out something to make me feel better. I am sure she was thinking maybe I would grab an Elvis record, but the vinyl right on the front caught my eye. KISS Destroyer. I thought it was one of those albums that had a comic in that you played along while reading the comic. I am sure she did too, or she might not have bought it for me. I took it home and my journey began. 4 short weeks later my mom would purchase KISS ALIVE II from Ja-Jo's records for me and my fandom was sealed. I relived all of those moments in this video. Thanks Man. Take care, have an amazing holiday!

Amen! Have a great weekend. 🤘🙏
Awesome news on your book! We haven't gotten any Dynasty weather here, just cold and miserable. Enjoy being #1!

@ItsAllForYouDemon Be safe, sorry to hear that. Move here and you won't have to worry. The last time we got more than 2 inches was 3 years ago.

I gotta find a copy of that RS. I have the newspaper from Memphis when Elvis died. But that plus, KISS. MUST HAVE! Thanks Ric
Oh man, that newspaper would be super cool! Happy hunting. Have a good weekend!
@ItsAllForYouDemon found a ton on eBay. I’ll snag one after the holidays

Elvis Presley is not dead, he has been reborn as Pastor Bob Joyce.
