    🐶Basil Cheese Pocaccia (No. 1 2 square frames) 230 degrees preheating 220 degrees 17 minutes
    ⭐️Folding was done 3 times before low temperature aging, and folding was done 1 time after low temperature aging!
    350g of strong flour
    4g of dry yeast
    -5g of sugar
    5g of salt
    -35g of olive oil
    280g of lukewarm water
    1. Mix dry yeast, sugar, salt, and water in a bowl, then add strong flour and lump them together.
    2. Add olive oil and mix until all the oil is absorbed.
    3. First ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    4. Put water or oil on your hands and fold four sides.
    5. After fermenting for 30 minutes, fold it again.
    6. After fermenting for 30 minutes, do the last folding.
    7. Mature at low temperature for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
    8. Fold the dough taken out of the refrigerator and ferment it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    9. Cut the fermented dough in half and wrap it with mozzarella cheese and basil pesto.
    10. Put the dough in an oiled pan and ferment until doubled.
    11. Apply oil to the fermented dough and drill 9 holes with your fingers.
    12. Place cherry tomatoes on top and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 17 minutes.

    ⭐️It's savory when you stir-fry pine nuts!
    -60g of basil
    4 pieces of garlic
    50g pine nuts
    -100g of olive oil
    -50g of pecorino romano cheese
    1. Stir-fry pine nuts in a pan until brown.
    2. Put basil, roasted pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor and grind them.
    3. Add olive oil and grind to a low concentration.
    4. Grind the peccorino romano cheese into a cheese grinder and finally grind it.
