Were you in the market in March 2020? That was effing scary. Eth was 100 bucks. A year and a half later it was 4800. You are entitled to your opinion, but to act so confident in it looks like you are panicking and lack conviction in the 4 year cycle and the history of the industry. Do I like that Trump dropped a shotcoin? Not at all. Do I think that it killed the 4 year bull cycle? Not even close. This video is utterly unconvincing.

This video is making the case for the worst bull run in the history of blockchain--with the most pro crypto US Administration since the Bitcoin white paper was released in 2008. The only narrative that matters is that the SEC is not going to punish the crypto market. There are only about 1/2 dozen crypto-specific narratives that matter. Bitcoin, L1 blockchains, RWA, AI, Gaming and Memes. All of those "narratives" should see substantial gains in the next 3-10 months.
The problem is post halving alts have never gone on a 32 day max correction phase sincee 2017, and ETH has never underperformed for such a long time post halving. Do not compare pre halving and only consider 6 months after post halving where the performance has been amazing Something is holding back all the coins. Huge manipulation by institutions and whales. We never faced such long times of corrections post halving and if this is how it will be then its highly diluted and unexpected even for diminishing returns.
We should be having some movement in ETH and BTC by end of this month. If that doesn't happen, then by april which is 1 year post halving we should see a sign of movement which is same as 2017 cycle, where 1 year from posthalving we had phenomenal gains for the next 6 months until november 2017.
Too many people from last cycle are aware of the pontiential gains of altcoins and are expecting the same. We really need most of these people to completely capitualte (I suspect many have already). Every cycle there is a new justification for why alt season wont happen until it does. Only time will tell.

The truth is the fed has delayed quantitative easing and we’ve never been able to have an explosive alt season without QE. That’s what’s different this cycle. Until that happens I’m afraid we’ll be stuck in this pvp mini alt seasons where only a select few coins in certain narratives rally every so often and prepare to take profits from it before it drops 80-90%

Btc dominance is just an chart that indicates how much Liquidation is flowing into altcoins vs btc. People sold their alts for the trump coin. The trump coin soaked all the money out of the (other) alts. Plus there was more money flow into btc at the same time. Most alts got rekt. So yes, the trump coin is a big part of the problem. When people wouldn't have sold their alts for this trump coin, they would have performed with btc in balance and didn't trigger this massive sell off.

Hey Dream, You may be interested in this data. Bitcoin is only at the macro 1.618 atm same as being at 30k last cycle. At 30k alts hadn't taken off last cycle either. Btc needs to hit 137k to hit the 1.618 before we see alts run

I've been thinking the same thing, bitcoin has been steadily around 101 to even up to 104,000 today and yet the ALT coins are still not doing that good. They only go up a little bit if bitcoin does, if bitcoin was to fall to 90 or 95K again that would wipe out the ALT coins
Have a look at crypto bubbles. Zoom out to one year and look at the gains you could have made if you just held a year instead of rotating between coins. I have learnt the hard way. Also look at the charts for anything from last cycle. It didn't really take off parabolicly until February. Patience and good luck for the rest of this cycle

Btc dominance is just an chart that indicates how much Liquidation is flowing into altcoins vs btc. People sold their alts for the trump coin. The trump coin soaked all the money out of the (other) alts. Plus there was more money flow into btc at the same time. Most alts got rekt. So yes, the trump coin is a big part of the problem. When people wouldn't have sold their alts for this trump coin, they would have performed with btc in balance and didn't trigger this massive sell off.

Trust in the greed of people. I diversified out of BTC waaay too early it now appears and is now quite stressful and am shockingly down compared to if I had just done nothing. Even with current sentiment BTC can realistically only do 2x from here this cycle. People en-masse will not be able to resist 3x 4x + that Alts deliver. But true it is exhausting and demoralising. I've been thinking the same thing, bitcoin has been steadily around 101 to even up to 104,000 today and yet the ALT coins are still not doing that good. They only go up a little bit if bitcoin does, if bitcoin was to fall to 90 or 95K again that would wipe out the ALT coins

Have a look at crypto bubbles. Zoom out to one year and look at the gains you could have made if you just held a year instead of rotating between coins. I have learnt the hard way. Also look at the charts for anything from last cycle. It didn't really take off parabolicly until February. Patience and good luck for the rest of this cycle
