There are few moments in osu! history remembered as well as the Polish victory in the osu! World Cup 2017 because despite it being such a long time coming for them, they were still in a sense the underdogs when you realize just what they were up against. It's a well deserved title that Poland earned that year which is the subject of today's history video.

I think Poland’s comeback in the first final match is the main reason why today when a team is like 4-0 down, you hear commentators say stuff like “it’s not over yet, it can still happen !”
Of course I know it’s not the only reason, it’s always better to say stuff like that, than saying “yeah, at this point it’s over for them”, but I’m sure Poland’s victory on the US after being down 6-1 is an inspiration for many teams who will never stop fighting until the last circle of the last map :)

Great video but a suggestion is to utilize more suspense. For example, when talking about Poland against the US initially in the winner's bracket, you shouldn't have shown the footage of the last map yet, as you were still talking about how the US was getting ahead and Poland was so far behind.

it's pretty saddening actually. from what I can remember he faced constant harassment from owc2018 which lead to depression and he also most likely lost interest in the game, so he sold his account which lead to it getting banned
(i mentioned him requesting account deletion but i was thinking of adamqs whoops)
