  • Unlike other activities, I have noticed that roughhousing with my kids is the easiest way to connect with them.
    Now what is roughhousing?
Roughhousing is playful physical activity between parents and children that involves wrestling, tickling, chasing, and other energetic interactions.
In simple words, it's having fun while being a little bit rough with each other, but in a safe and enjoyable way.
    Why is it important?
There are several benefits but here are my top 3:
    1. *Stress Relief:* Physical play releases endorphins, reducing stress and promoting relaxation for both you and your child.
    2. *Emotional Regulation:* Roughhousing teaches children how to manage their impulses and emotions, such as excitement and frustration, in a safe and controlled environment.
    3. *Bonding:* Roughhousing strengthens the bond between parents and children by creating positive and fun interactions together.
