- Journeyman Day 1: Exercise 90sec, Rest 30sec
Start with a 2min warm up followed by a 30-second break. Next, perform the 1st sequence repeatedly for 90 seconds and then take a 30-second break. Continue to do this until all 10 sequences are completed.
8 refers to the figure 8 motion
1: Rear Elbow Block Left 8, Rear Elbow Block Right 8, Rear Elbow Hook Head.
2: Lead Elbow Block Right 8, Lead Elbow Block Left 8, Lead Elbow Hook Head.
3: Rear Back Hook Head, Rear Jab Head, Rear Snap Kick.
4: Lead Back Hook Head, Lead Jab Head, Lead Snap Kick.
5: Rear Elbow Block Right 8, Rear Elbow Hook Head, Rear Elbow Jab Head.
6: Lead Elbow Block Left 8, Lead Elbow Hook Head, Lead Elbow Jab Head.
7: Rear Jab Head, Rear Hilt Jab Head, Lead Side Kick.
8: Lead Jab Head, Lead Hilt Jab Head, Rear Side Kick.
9: Rear Hilt Jab Head, Rear Elbow Block Left 8, Rear Elbow Block Right 8.
10: Lead Hilt Jab Head, Lead Elbow Block Right 8, Lead Elbow Block Left 8.
Stretch for 10 to 20 mins when done.
