All you need is:
Pen
Foil
Q Tip
Tape and water!
Follow the video for instructions!

I know right most tutorials are like just grab your 50lbs of Electrical wire make sure it’s made out of Copper with like a Zinc outside and hook up a car engine
This was really helpful! My iPad is an old model and it can't be connected to any apple pencil in existence (I don't have one but I thought about buying one and googled it). But now I can finally make animations without stopping every 10 frames because my finger felt like I dipped it in lava.

Tip: You have to use the tin foil because if you think they put it on just for a good look, no ur wrong. It’s because it helps it work and it’s got something to do with electricity and it makes it work on devices.

For people struggling to get the q-tip in; snip off tbe bottom diagonally so it shortens, but not all the way to the tip! Its much easier then. Also, wrap everything tight!!

If it wasn’t obvious by now, the key components are the foil and the earbud. Many touch screens implement an electric current, which is sent down by your finger, as your finger has electricity constantly going through it. Foil is a material that conducts electricity, meaning it allows electricity to flow through it. The earbud gives a slim surface to make the stylus. If yours isn’t working, make sure your fingers are on the foil and/or the earbud is attached well to the foil.

A tutorial on how to make a Apple Pencil without aluminium foil:
1) take a pen and remove the refill
2) take a Q tip and cut off the cotton of the Q tip cuz we need the stick of the Q tip
3) then add the Q tip stick to the pen
4) add a cotton on the Q tip stick
5) add a clear tape so that it doesn’t fall off
6) wet the cotton

Extra tip: take the spring in the pencil and straighten it out till there are just 2-4 circles left. Take the stretched spring and push the 2-4 circles around that soft thing. Then add some tape and now you have a MUCH more accurate pencil AND wont become all fluffy and ruined!

@@bon_jourr what he means is that when you put in the earbud it might be loose so to fill in that space between the pen and earbud take the pen's spring and stuff it inside with the earbud. Makes it stiff

The idea itself works as in this video's pen, proof is me using it but all I had to do was to just push the qtip in and bam it went in like nothing. I think you guys are just trying to put it in but you need to PUSH it in

1.hallow out a pen 2.cut a q-tip 3.put the q-tip in to the pen 4.tape the q-tip to the pen 5. wrap aluminium foil around it 6. tape it 7.wet it not to much though (Bonus tip: it works better when you apply a bit of pressure when drawing)

1. get a pencil 2. wrap aluminium foil around the eraser bud 3. press and flatten end 4. use

Tip:
You can use a chip/crisps bag to replace the tin foil if you don’t have it. Make sure it has the silvery colour inside of it though!
