I think I’m going to audition even though I know it’s fake. This is my kind project.
I’m watching a man spiral into madness in real time
I remember I participated in an audition for "Avance Entertainment" back in 2016 or around that time. They were searching for members for new K-Pop groups with many nationalities. They wanted to debut a boygroup and a girlgroup. Everything was online via Facebook and RUclips and I made it into the final round! The final round wasn't online but in person on a real stage and they traveled from South Korea to Germany (Where I'm from) and many other countries to meet the finalists and see them in person... so we all thought "Yeah this seems to be real...they're spending all the money on coming to all the different countries and are renting stages and stuff."
So all the finalists (around 50 worldwide and 8 from Germany if I remember correctly) were having these final live auditions in singing and dancing and they recorded everything and had a jury who talked to us. Then after these final auditions all over the world they just never contacted any of the finalists ever again and didn't answer any texts or calls.
The story doesn't end here...
I think the audition I participated in was the first they ever had, but since that first one they did held new ones EVERY YEAR! And people are signing in and the CEOs of that """"Entertainment"""" are doing the exact same thing over and over again... Online Audition with many rounds --> finalist live audition in the many countries --> not contacting anybody.
I think that's weird because they're spending a lot of many on that right?
On their RUclips Channel (Avance Entertainment) they're reuploading the same few videos every year acting like the people in the videos are the "new Trainees". But it's the same videos from 2016... just reuploaded to make people think they're legit I guess? They're doing the exact same thing with their facebook acount btw. Deleting old posts and then reuploading them for every new audition so people think it's new stuff they're showing.
They never released a group, they stop answering texts after every audition - but they do it every year. Kinda weird because they're clearly spending money on it.
They have two facebook pages - Avance Entertainment and Avance Future Stars. Both pages are more or less dead but still people will audition there every year.
Also I asked them like 100 times to delete my Avance-Trainee facebook page but they never did... All the 2016 future trainee pages are still up there.
I got a 30/100 in my math exam today and proceeded to cry for the rest of the class and then I had a headache from crying so much but I couldn’t go to the nurse because they’d send me home bc of covid and I really wanted to have Social Studies bc we’re learning about ancient Egypt and I find that interesting and like learning about it, I still have a headache bc my mom is angry at me so Idk how to ask her for help with that, you did not need to know this, it has nothing to do with the video, but now you know that some random 13 year old in the comments of an Edvasian video had a terrible day I guess
