It's not the king of armor, people don't know where and how to shoot it properly. They just shoot and expect it to go in. I'd call it the prince of armor, not the king of armor.

@@Musa-xx6qe listen here you drunken leg flaps. i still gave it a title involving thick armor. 2 things: obviously you need to shoot the cupolas, that's common sense - if you actually believe people cant be that stupid, please expand your brain using force. another thing - gold for the lower plate is useless. you can pen it. if you want king of armor, go to the e3. nothing goes through that armor, especially when its hull down. or look at the 264 v4 or the badger when hulldown. same points, same common sense being applied.

It looked like a shrinking circle RNG simulator w/ tanks. I know now that there was more to it then that, but I wouldn't learn more until I actually played the game. When I learned that artillery were in the game, I was really excited; I would now have the opportunity to play, and learn more about the game's mechanics, including armour effectiveness, spotting, scouting, penetration, shell characteristics, vehicle and module stats: a lot of these things I ended up learning from playing artillery in World of Tanks I've been watching a lot of QB's content recently and, it seems in every video where artillery/SPGs are mentioned, there's always talk about how artillery (or arty) ruins the game and how it should either be removed or nerfed (the former being the more prominent statement). I may have jumped into the lion's den on this one from the moment I started playing World of Tanks, without even knowing: a very stress inducing predicament, to say the least. I don't necessarily think the implementation of artillery in World of Tanks is good (nor bad), but I still love artillery; if artillery weren't in World of Tanks, I probably wouldn't play. I don't hate lights, mediums, heavies, or TDs: I just don't love them. One reason why I play artillery is that it's challenging: some people may disagree, and maybe they're right. The bridge between psychology and my playing experience are never far apart, and it may be that I find artillery challenging simply because I can't play games as well as others can (including World of Tanks). When I play, I'm never just "clicking" and wining. I'm checking the match roster (using the tab key) for matchmaking spread, identifying dangerous vehicles, vehicles with familiar statistics regarding armour. I'm watching where my team is going, who's spotting. I predict enemy vehicle locations based on allied view range and concealment. I perform a host of tasks and at times that work can be exhausting. It's a challenge to help your team win a matching and as an artillery player I very much enjoy it. I don't want to scare anyone off with a large comment block so I'll leave it short for now. I know there's a lot of hate out there towards artillery, but I hope that we can talk about it constructively. I'm not a monster: just a player. If you want to examine my statistics for yourselves (so you may scrutinize my competence as a player) my player name is "GDomin8r". personally I have no problem with artillery, they can be a bit infuriating a times, but who cares there will always be certain aspects of a game that people dislike, so I respect you for coming to this comment section and posting what playing arty effectively actually entails, personally I like to play all tank types so I'm not too biased against arty. Despite what, I wanna say 70-80%of the player-base says, arty is an important component of WT. And for anybody who sees and disagrees with this, who do you ask for help when you can't pen something? Either your 2 key, which is expensive, or you request fire from arty and hope they are paying attention. sadly, what most players who don't play arty don't realize, is that arty cant shoot everywhere at once, whenever they request fire and don't get any they automatically assume that it is arty's fault they died and o complain about it on the forums. I'm tired of typing this now so...bye.

Sold my 95 years ago. Was frustrating to slow and constantly got left behind to kill nothing or face the whole enemy team alone. Which when the ladder happends often find yourself perma tracked with a tank slowly killing you while keeping you tracked. Its a death by a thousand needles and it sucks. The E3 was a huge upgrade and by far one of my favorite tanks in game. I trust its frontal armor above all other tanks.
I think a great series for you to do that would be popular would be how I completed my missions and what tanks you use. Especially the harder missions. Like t55a and higher.
The Panzerkampfwagen 7 surprised me because of its two weakspots. First the area between hull and turret and second left and right next to the gun with >200mm armor
I think some of those newer tanks have their artificial inflation. I didn't catch how long the sample is from (I heard "from the last few months", but that's kinda vague), but as with all new tanks, people need time to learn where to shoot them. Some might not be on that list in a week or 2.
READY, FIGHT! !!! no, srsly, the front of the T95 is Butter if yoi use HEAT on the 15cm L/29.5 from the borsig. And I pen'd the cupola with my Löwe using AP only cuz i had budget cuts due to money. And The t95 kept shooting at my Front turret that has 400+ effective armor :) ended up getting the 15th stug iv mission
New tanks have an extra bonus since people don't know the weakspots yet Now that they got rid of the shoulder weakspots on the TYPES now they can angle and get even better armor. Pz 7 mantlet has weakspots also

I was actually hoping the AT-8 would make the list, one of my favorite vehicles in the game. Nothing like just rolling forward, ricocheting rounds and shooting enemies - doesn't do a lot of dmg per shot, but it fires quite fast and the pen isn't all that bad.
type 4 is definitely not an overpowered af vehicle and needs a buff i suggest to make the the entire front 150000mm thick of nihon steel folded 15 zillion times, to buff aim time to 1,53 secconds, to buff the alpha dammage to 3200 and he penetration to 268mm, it should make it ok
T95 is a pretty good one; however, you only have to shot the part above his tracks and you will penetrate him even with a weak gun. This is pretty easy since a T95 is tracked almost the entire game. If it is not too far away, you can manage that easily. By shooting that spot, you will also have a rather good chance of setting this tank on fire. As soon as enemies realize that, being in a slow T95 is not too funny anymore :)
according to vbaddict, the hotchkiss h35 has an astonishing 74.48% blocked. oddly enough the only thing higher than that is the pz kpfw. 38h 735 F sitting at a ridiculous 77.32% blocked

Surprises IS-3 wasn't anywhere on there. Just unlocked it the other day and was the best scout in a tier 10 game on Fiery Salient with nearly 3k spotting and 1.7k blocked. not bad for stock :p
This entire video illustrates one of the biggest problems this game has, and how ridiculous the new tanks are. It just showcases wargamings inability to come up with unique designs in the last, say, 1.5 years or so. Just tanks with super armor that you can not pen, sometimes not even with gold. It has made the game so incredibly boring imo, especially at tier 10. Rip... Nice video though, I really do like this new format!
I thought the swedish TD line was quite refreshing. On the other hand WG is a little bit bound to what tanks are out there and can't twist them too much.
DiabloDBS Well, they are not really that bound to "real" tanks, are they? They have come up with loads of fantasy blueprint tanks like the type 4 and 5 heavies for example. To he fair, the Swedish tds are definitely different, and also the most annoying tanks to play against, combined with type 4 and 5 heavy tanks. You can either not pen them and not see them, or just not see them. They are like high tier E25's that can only camp and play passive with ultra high pen in my opinion, they dont improve the gameplay one bit.
Well it's still a big difference to take a purported design which never made it into prototyping than to make up a new concept. I mean otherwise something looking like Edelweiss and Nameless might become more common so up Marmota? Or maybe just a Land Raider next? What i'd like to see, and which they tested out this Halloween are multi gun concepts. An M3 Lee as example would be for one much more challanging to play to its full potential and secondly be much more flexible especially against small tanks pressing onto its flanks. But i don't really see any other thing they might add which would make for a big game changer. About the swedish tanks.. well i usually just switch to HE if my cal. is too low. If i got HEAT with me i often also choose to pay a little bit more since they deserve a golden paintjob. And as i usually don't drive superheavy i don't care if they have 280 or 308 pen, doesn't matter on most tanks you either auto rico or not most TD most of the time, actual absorption doesn't happen in the higher tiers with most vehicles anyway on that regard i hate HEAT shooting TDs as even with heat shields they often pen in weird angles. The camo is .. ok but not E25 like. You drop to values when shooting which most TDs have and while it has the best T10 camo when shooting that is also due to the 105mm and the fact that WG just crippled the LTs capabilities in that regard.
The VK 101 P is OP, I bounced a PREMIUM round from my skorpion g on it's SIDE armour. So I bounced a standard round from the side armour as well. Armour is OP on vk100.
I found the Church7 to be one of the worst grinds I have had to deal with in this game. The Churchill 1 was a decent tank though.. and the Black Prince was .. It was fun in a masochistic sort of way.

Easy counter to the types is heat. Regardless of range its gonna get through the front if you can hit a flat surface on the front that is.

Is7 is a beast hulldown but that lower plate abd pike nose when unangled lets it down

once I had like 19,5k of bounced damage in my T95 ^^
I had like 22k DMG blocked in my Tier 5 Churchill III, because a AT8 kept me tracked and bounced on My angled side for more than five minutes😂
I was in low tier (to grind) in an AMX38, and I picked 67.98% of the shots that hit me. I died from surprise ram buttseex :p
Zarrakas Had 3500 blocked in my Grille 15 once. 2 deathstar shots getting absorbed by the gun is definitely a pogchamp moment.

Players with tier 6 and up tanks have skills to increase armor effectiveness. Lower tier players just use the gun and run style.

Forgot to mention that the T95's roof is only 37 millimeters thick, so it gets overmatched by most guns that it meets.
But the bar you have to hit is so small it’s hard to hit unless your face hugging it so it’s pointless to try and shoot for it

no, srsly, the front of the T95 is Butter if yoi use HEAT on the 15cm L/29.5 from the borsig. And I pen'd the cupola with my Löwe using AP only cuz i had budget cuts due to money. And The t95 kept shooting at my Front turret that has 400+ effective armor :) ended up getting the 15th stug iv mission

I was actually hoping the AT-8 would make the list, one of my favorite vehicles in the game. Nothing like just rolling forward, ricocheting rounds and shooting enemies - doesn't do a lot of dmg per shot, but it fires quite fast and the pen isn't all that bad.

type 4 is definitely not an overpowered af vehicle and needs a buff i suggest to make the the entire front 150000mm thick of nihon steel folded 15 zillion times, to buff aim time to 1,53 secconds, to buff the alpha dammage to 3200 and he penetration to 268mm, it should make it ok

T95 is a pretty good one; however, you only have to shot the part above his tracks and you will penetrate him even with a weak gun. This is pretty easy since a T95 is tracked almost the entire game. If it is not too far away, you can manage that easily. By shooting that spot, you will also have a rather good chance of setting this tank on fire. As soon as enemies realize that, being in a slow T95 is not too funny anymore :)

according to vbaddict, the hotchkiss h35 has an astonishing 74.48% blocked. oddly enough the only thing higher than that is the pz kpfw. 38h 735 F sitting at a ridiculous 77.32% blocked

Surprises IS-3 wasn't anywhere on there. Just unlocked it the other day and was the best scout in a tier 10 game on Fiery Salient with nearly 3k spotting and 1.7k blocked. not bad for stock :p

I love doing 1-2 line rushes on Prokhorovka in my T95. Too bad I sold it recently.
This entire video illustrates one of the biggest problems this game has, and how ridiculous the new tanks are. It just showcases wargamings inability to come up with unique designs in the last, say, 1.5 years or so. Just tanks with super armor that you can not pen, sometimes not even with gold. It has made the game so incredibly boring imo, especially at tier 10. Rip... Nice video though, I really do like this new format!
I thought the swedish TD line was quite refreshing. On the other hand WG is a little bit bound to what tanks are out there and can't twist them too much.
DiabloDBS Well, they are not really that bound to "real" tanks, are they? They have come up with loads of fantasy blueprint tanks like the type 4 and 5 heavies for example. To he fair, the Swedish tds are definitely different, and also the most annoying tanks to play against, combined with type 4 and 5 heavy tanks. You can either not pen them and not see them, or just not see them. They are like high tier E25's that can only camp and play passive with ultra high pen in my opinion, they dont improve the gameplay one bit.

Well it's still a big difference to take a purported design which never made it into prototyping than to make up a new concept. I mean otherwise something looking like Edelweiss and Nameless might become more common so up Marmota? Or maybe just a Land Raider next?
What i'd like to see, and which they tested out this Halloween are multi gun concepts. An M3 Lee as example would be for one much more challanging to play to its full potential and secondly be much more flexible especially against small tanks pressing onto its flanks.
But i don't really see any other thing they might add which would make for a big game changer.
About the swedish tanks.. well i usually just switch to HE if my cal. is too low. If i got HEAT with me i often also choose to pay a little bit more since they deserve a golden paintjob.
And as i usually don't drive superheavy i don't care if they have 280 or 308 pen, doesn't matter on most tanks you either auto rico or not most TD most of the time, actual absorption doesn't happen in the higher tiers with most vehicles anyway on that regard i hate HEAT shooting TDs as even with heat shields they often pen in weird angles.
The camo is .. ok but not E25 like. You drop to values when shooting which most TDs have and while it has the best T10 camo when shooting that is also due to the 105mm and the fact that WG just crippled the LTs capabilities in that regard.
The VK 101 P is OP, I bounced a PREMIUM round from my skorpion g on it's SIDE armour. So I bounced a standard round from the side armour as well. Armour is OP on vk100.

i remember a game from when i first bought T95 - it lit like the Christmas tree from the enemies bouncing shells on Malinovka. I think i bounced like ~20.000 damage maximum with him in a game.
