PktJack McGregor won his second belt and the UFC did not have two belts ready. Mcgregor wanted to have two belts slung over his shoulder post fight. Woodley gave his belt to Mcgregor so he could enjoy the moment. Totally slack from the UFC and no recognition for Woodley who helped out when needed.

Something to consider. This is an entertainment business. It's not an actual "sport." The person with the most personality and the most fans is what they want. It's not about who is the best fighter, or the most talented. That has nothing to do with it. The UFC doesn't determine which demographic is willing to pay for the fights. Some fighters are going to naturally have a larger paying audience. It's nothing personal with the UFC. They don't care about their fighters at all, they only care about the bottom line, and the person who brings in the fans is the person they will support. The UFC hates Stipe. They do not support fighters who aren't willing to entertain the fans. Wrestlers and grapplers get no promotion. In the same way, people who can't speak clearly, get no support. Not every person can be a star. Not everyone has the charisma of DC, or Conor McGregor.
