These look so good. This reminds me a lot of Texas Trash Pie, which you may have seen before. It uses crushed pretzels, coarsely crushed graham crackers, caramel chips, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, and butter all tossed together and cooked in a pie crust. There's so much overlap with this recipe that I'm sure yours was great too. I think adding M&Ms or Reese's pieces into the Texas Trash Pie would be a great idea (or shredded coconut and caramel chips into your recipe). And of course mixing and matching nuts like peanuts, pecans, walnuts, etc. This is all assuming no nut allergies or objections to coconut of course😆. Thanks again for the nice cookie bar idea, especially making the crust itself out of the graham crackers and pretzels.
