Even the best in the business of those who play the congas might have a pointer or two for this great conga player but it would be in good spirits it takes a lot of work practice and strength to do what this gentleman congerro player is is doing here and has accomplished. I appreciate his dedication to the instrument he kicked that ass and I wish him the best and more power to him may he just continue to become greater and greater 🙏 .

Good try. Giovannis first drumming teacher was his dad a drummer him self. Then he picked up from cubans and many others., and then he combined all elements learned and became Giovanni Hidalgo the KIng of Congas, bongo, timbal, bata......

So wrong.... having gone to Cuba twice and Puerto Rico, the Cubans are the masters and the best originators of the worlds greatest.
