Wow! That is a huge change, nice catch! Of course the weight of the arm is going to cause some problems. I wonder if you could have some follower system on the roof to help hold the arm. Or maybe a single line to the top of the tower.

So awesome! you should try klipper with input shaper, that way you can move much faster
Klipper doesnt have scara kinematics yet, so i'd have to add them myself.
